Abstract: A conveyor of the carousel type for baggage and other articles consisting of a continuous chain having elongated links supported on self aligning caster wheels the chain assuming a pre-designed shape by means of guide wheels mounted on the links in contact with guide rails. Drive means operably engaging and propelling the chain the pallets carrying an endless rubber bumper at the lower end of the pallets to provide a continuous circumferential bumper stop for the luggage. The stainless steel plates carried by the pallets being connected thereto by spring mounted means.
