    Abstract: An epigenome editing system generally includes three exogenous coding regions. The first exogenous coding region encodes a first polypeptide that includes an epigenetic editing domain and a domain that, in the presence of an inducer, forms a complex with a second polypeptide. The second exogenous coding region encodes the second polypeptide, which includes a dCas9 domain and a domain that, in the presence of the inducer, forms a complex with the first polypeptide. The third exogenous coding region encodes an sgRNA sequence that targets the dCas9 domain to a genomic locus.

    Abstract: This disclosure describes compositions and methods that involve a first modular component and a second modular component. The first modular component includes a first target molecule coupled to a first dimerizing moiety. The second modular component includes a second target molecule coupled to a second dimerizing moiety. The first dimerizing moiety dimerizes with the second dimerizing moiety when the first dimerizing moiety binds a chemical induced proximity (CIP) inducer.

    Abstract: This disclosure describes modular miRNA regulator molecules and methods of using modular miRNA regulator molecules. Generally, the modular miRNA regulator molecules include a recognition module and an inhibition module. Generally, the recognition module includes a polynucleotide in which at least a portion of the polynucleotide recognizes at least a portion of a preselected pre-miRNA. Generally, the inhibition module includes a moiety that inhibits nuclease processing of the preselected pre-RNA to a mature RNA.
