摘要: A process for steam cracking hydrocarbon feedstock in a steam cracking furnace, the process comprising superheating hydrocarbon feedstock using flue gas from a radiant section of the steam cracking furnace in hydrocarbon feedstock superheating means or the hydrocarbon feedstock superheater, superheating steam from the steam generator using the flue gas from the radiant section of the steam cracking furnace in second heat exchanging means or a second heat exchanger, steam cracking the super-heated hydrocarbon feedstock from the hydrocarbon feedstock superheating means or the hydrocarbon feedstock superheater into cracked gas in a fired tubular reactor, vaporizing the hydrocarbon feedstock, using hydrocarbon feedstock vaporizing means, wherein the hydrocarbon feedstock vaporizing means or the hydrocarbon feedstock vaporizer are heated with a heat transfer medium having a temperature less than or equal to 350° C. and feeding the vaporized hydrocarbon feedstock to the steam cracking furnace.

摘要: A process for vaporizing hydrocarbon feedstock comprising pressurizing the hydrocarbon feedstock using a hydrocarbon feedstock pump, preheating the hydrocarbon feedstock in a first heat exchanger and distilling the preheated hydrocarbon feedstock in a medium pressure distillation column connected to the first heat exchanger, and wherein the medium pressure distillation column is operated at a pressure in a range of 0.7 to 1.2 MPa. A system for producing hydrocarbon vapor, comprising a hydrocarbon feedstock pump for pressurizing hydrocarbon feedstock, a first heat exchanger connected to the hydrocarbon feedstock pump, and a medium pressure distillation column connected to the heat exchanger for distilling the heated hydrocarbon feedstock at medium pressure in a range of 0.7 to 1.2 MPa.

摘要: A process for cracking a hydrocarbon stream by: combusting fuel in a gas turbine in the presence of compressed air to produce a flue gas, wherein the flue gas drives a turbine to produce electricity in a coupled generator or work to power a coupled rotating equipment; (a) feeding a first portion of the flue gas to a heat exchanger; (b) feeding ambient air to the heat exchanger to be heated by the first portion of the flue gas to provide heated air; (c) feeding a furnace with fuel and a mixture of a second portion of the flue gas and the heated air obtained by step (c) and (d) cracking the hydrocarbon stream in the furnace.

摘要: Steam reforming system having a steam cracker and a steam reformer. The steam cracker includes a steam cracking unit to steam crack a feed stream to produce a stream comprising hydrogen, methane and C2+ hydrocarbons; a heat exchanger for cooling the steam cracking product stream; a separation unit for separating the cooled steam cracking product stream into a gas stream including hydrogen and methane and a liquid stream including methane and C2+ hydrocarbons, a demethanizer which is fed the liquid stream producing a third stream containing at least 95% methane and a fourth stream comprising C2+ hydrocarbons. The steam reformer includes a feed preheater which is fed the third stream and steam to provide a preheated stream and a steam reforming unit arranged for heating the preheated stream to at least 800° C. to steam reforming the heated stream and obtain a product stream containing hydrogen and CO2.
