    Abstract: An electronic device according to various embodiments of the disclosure includes: a display configured to output image data of content based on execution of an application, a sound output module comprising circuitry configured to output audio data of the content, and a processor adaptively connected to the display and the sound output module, wherein the processor is configured to: identify a schedule for sequentially receiving read tasks (RTs) at a specified time interval to encode audio segments sequentially input in a specified size into an audio buffer from the audio data, and control time points at which the RTs are called, based on at least one of a situation in which the RTs are received according to the schedule and an audio buffer state and encode the audio segments corresponding to the RTs received at the controlled time points.

    Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a sensing panel, at least one processor electrically connected to the sensing panel and the communication module, and a memory electrically connected to the at least one processor. The memory may store instructions configured to, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to, based on a pen signal from the stylus pen being detected through the sensing panel, perform a first operation identified based on the detected pen signal, and based on the pen signal from the stylus pen not being detected through the sensing panel, receive, through the communication module, at least one communication signal, identify a gesture based on information on a position of the stylus pen, included in the received at least one communication signal, and perform a second operation corresponding to the identified gesture. Various other embodiments are possible.

    Abstract: An embodiment discloses an electronic device which includes a display and a processor electrically connected with the display. The processor may be configured to detect a designated event, identify text to be outputted on the display and a font applied to the text in response to detecting the designated event, the text including a plurality of characters, determine an animation effect to be applied to the text based on the font, where in applying the animation effect, the processor may be configured to display each of the plurality of the characters for a designated time period along a path corresponding to a character shape from a start point toward an end point of each of the plurality of the characters, and display the text to which the animation effect is applied on the display for the designated time period in response to detecting the designated event.
