摘要: A use of nitrogen-doped carbon fluorescent quantum dots in preparation of aerobic glycolysis detection products is provided. The carbon-nitrogen fluorescent quantum dots are selected from one or more of C3N4 quantum dots, C2N quantum dots, and C3N quantum dots. The aerobic glycolysis detection products are reagents, based on a final volume of the reagents, the reagents comprise the carbon-nitrogen fluorescent quantum dots with a final concentration of 1 μg/mL-1 mg/mL. The present disclosure realizes fluorescent labeling of NAD+ in living cells using the carbon-nitrogen fluorescent quantum dots, thus achieving fluorescent labeling and imaging of cells having aerobic glycolysis, which has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency, rapidity, and high accuracy. Meanwhile, the present disclosure is conducive to developing a series of technologies such as fluorescence identification of exfoliated tumor cells, very early warning of tumors, detection of tumor metastases, and assessment of tumor proliferation and malignancy.

摘要: Sensors for detecting analytes are disclosed. In various implementations, the sensing device may include a substrate and a sensor array. The sensor array may be arranged on the substrate, and may include a plurality of sensors. In some implementations, at least two of the sensors may include a first carbon-based sensing material disposed between a first pair of electrodes, and a second carbon-based sensing material disposed between a second pair of electrodes. The first carbon-based sensing material may be configured to detect a presence of each analyte of a group of analytes, and the second carbon-based sensing material may be configured to confirm the presence of each analyte of a subset of the group of analytes. In some instances, the group of analytes includes at least twice as many different analytes as the subset of analytes.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of nano materials and aims to provide to a method for preparing nano-graphene oxide by electrochemically exfoliating a carbon fiber material. The method includes the following steps: building an electrochemical reaction system by using a raw material with a carbon fiber as a basic structural unit as an anode, a metal or graphitic carbon material as a cathode, and a phosphate buffer solution with a neutral pH as an electrolyte; in an electrolysis process, gradually exfoliating a carbon fiber in the anode raw material and dispersing the carbon fiber in the electrolyte solution to generate graphene oxide; centrifuging to separate the reacted electrolyte solution, taking upper dispersion liquid, and washing away residual anions and cations; and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain nano-graphene oxide dispersed in water and free of impurities.

providing a solid feedstock comprising a carbonaceous and/or mineral-based material;
providing a flow of an oxidizing gas;
introducing the solid feedstock and the flow of an oxidizing gas into a mechanical agitation unit,
subjecting the material of the solid feedstock in the presence of the oxidizing gas to a mechanical agitation operation in the mechanical agitation unit at a pressure of at least 1 atm (15 psi).
The invention further relates to nanoparticles obtainable by the mechanochemical process and to the use of such nanoparticles.
