Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a mainboard, a housing, and a sealing member. The mainboard surface-mounts a socket connector thereon. The housing receives the mainboard and forms a through hole. The sealing member defines a space for receiving the socket connector via coupling with the mainboard and allows the space and the through hole of the housing to communicate with each other.

Abstract: A coupling member that is attachable to/detachable from a housing of an electronic device while making the housing wearable on a user's body, and an electronic device including the coupling member is provided. The electronic device includes a band member that is configured to come in contact with a user's body portion, a slide member that is mounted on the band member, and is bound to a portion of the housing in a state where the coupling member is mounted on the housing, an opening that is formed in the slide member, a locking member that is disposed on the band member, and a locking protrusion that is formed on a locking member. The locking protrusion appears to the outside of the slide member through the opening according to the reciprocating of the locking member, and the coupling member is bound to the housing.

Abstract: A waterproof structure for a portable terminal including a flexible printed circuit (FPC) extending outside of a first housing of a pair of housings from inside the first housing and arranged inside of a second housing of the pair of housings. A wiring hole is formed in each housing to provide a path allowing passage of the FPC therethrough. A waterproof member provided in the wiring hole substantially contacts at least inner walls of the housings and an outer circumferential surface of the FPC to prevent movement of the FPC. An outer circumferential surface of the waterproof member substantially contacts a circumference of an inlet of the wiring hole or an inner wall of the wiring hole. The waterproof member is provided between the housing of the portable terminal and the FPC improving a waterproof function and preventing moisture or water from being introduced into the housing of the terminal.
