Abstract:
According to various embodiments, an electronic device may include at least one sensor, at least one communication circuit, and a processor electrically connected to the at least one sensor and/or the at least one communication circuit, wherein the processor is configured to determine a relay message generation condition associated with a vehicle based at least on data acquired from the at least one sensor and/or the at least one communication circuit, to generate a relay message based at least on the data acquired from the at least one sensor and/or the at least one communication circuit when the relay message generation condition is satisfied based on the determination result, and to transmit the generated relay message to an external vehicle through the at least one communication circuit.
Abstract:
An electronic device includes at least one communication circuit, and a processor electrically connected with the at least one communication circuit. The processor may be configured to select an external electronic device in response to a user input, broadcast, through the at least one communication circuit using a first protocol, a connection request for a second protocol-based communication with the external electronic device, receive a response to the connection request from the external electronic device through the at least one communication circuit, and perform communication with the external electronic device through the at least one communication circuit using a second protocol, based on connection information about the external electronic device for the second protocol-based communication, the connection information being contained in the response.
Abstract:
An electronic device according to various embodiments may include a communication circuit, including a reception circuit and a transmission circuit, and a processor. The processor may be configured to: receive at least one piece of identification information corresponding to at least one external electronic device for providing a traffic-related signal to at least one vehicle outside the electronic device, via the reception circuit, identify the position of the electronic device, based at least on the at least one piece of identification information, and activate the transmission circuit to transmit movement-related information of the electronic device to the at least one vehicle or the at least one external electronic device, based at least on the position.
Abstract:
Methods and apparatuses are provided for operating a server apparatus for providing a composite Automatic Response System (ARS) service through a mobile communication network. An ARS scenario and composite ARS related information are received from a first terminal. The composite ARS related information includes video ARS related information and voice ARS related information based on the ARS scenario. The ARS scenario and the composite ARS related information are stored. A call establishment request message directed to the first terminal, is received from the second terminal. The composite ARS related information is provided to the second terminal in response to the received call establishment request message. A call is established between the first terminal and the second terminal in response to an input for a call connection request, directed to the first terminal, received while the composite ARS related information is provided to the second terminal.
Abstract:
A method and device for hosting an application by an access node which provides network access to a terminal in a mobile communication system are provided. The method includes receiving a request packet for a service request from a user application of a mobile terminal, delivering the request packet to an application included in the access node, if a destination of the request packet corresponds to the application of the access node, providing a service to the user application of the mobile terminal through the application, and delivering the request packet to a corresponding public application on an external network, if the application corresponding to the destination of the request packet does not exist in the access node.

Abstract:
A system that provides a content delivery service to a user in a mobile communication system is provided. The system receives, from an enhanced Node B (eNB), cell-specific capacity information that is determined based on cell-specific load state information of the eNB, determines a transfer rate for traffic to be transmitted to a User Equipment (UE) in each cell, based on the received cell-specific capacity information, and transmits the traffic to be transmitted to the UE in each cell to the eNB at the determined transfer rate.
