摘要： A sanitary absorptive article producing device and method, particularly suitable for producing interlabial pads, which are small-sized sanitary absorptive articles having a mini-sheet piece. The method comprises a main-section assembly step for disposing an absorptive body between a face-side sheet continuous-member and a back-side sheet continuous-member, joining the face-side sheet continuous-member to the back-side sheet continuous-member to form a main-section continuous-body having a portion continuous therewith which becomes the main section of the sanitary absorptive article, and a mini-sheet assembly step for joining the mini-sheet piece to the back-side sheet continuous-member of the main-section continuous-body to form a sanitary absorptive continuous-body. The sanitary absorptive article continuous-bodies have their unnecessary potions removed by a round-cutting step to become individual sanitary absorptive articles.

摘要： An inter-labial pad which can flexibly follow-up the fluctuation of pressure exerted on an inter-labial pad in the right-to-left direction caused to the inter-labial pad in a wearing state, in which an inter-labial pad is inserted between the labia of a wearer to be sandwiched by the labia, and the inter-labial pad comprises an absorbent body, the absorbent body is constituted with fibers capable of absorbing a menstrual blood, the direction of the fibers thereof is aligned in the direction along which an inter-labial pressure is caused in a wearing state and, accordingly, the inter-labial pad can be flexibly compressed and recovered, and can follow-up the inter-labial pressure in a wearing state to prevent leakage of menstrual blood or detachment of the inter-labial pad.

Disclosed is an interlabial pad having a body fluid absorption capacity. The interlabial pad includes a body fluid outlet contacting region to contact a ostium vaginae and/or urethral meatus in the state of application. At least the body fluid outlet contacting region has a highly absorbing and retaining region having an elevated body fluid absorption capacity to immediately absorb the discharged body fluids, and an elevated body fluid retaining capacity to retain the absorbed body fluids.

The individual wrapping container also prevents contamination of the interlabial pad before use at the time of replacement of the used interlabial pad. The interlabial pad includes the peripheral portion forming a contour of the interlabial pad. The individual wrapping container includes a protective region having higher rigidity than that of the peripheral potion of the interlabial pad accommodated in the individual wrapping container so as to protect the peripheral portion.

摘要： An interlabial pad, which can be discarded by flushing down a toilet and yet with which neither the functions and comfort during use of the interlabial nor the functions of a septic tank are damaged, is provided. The interlabial pad comprises: an absorbent body absorbing liquids; and a cover body covering the absorbent body in an enclosing manner and comprising a liquid permeable surface side sheet and a liquid impermeable back face side sheet. The cover body is arranged from a plurality of small sheet pieces and the small sheet pieces that are adjacent each other are mutually overlapped and form seam parts. The seam parts are set so as to become weakened in physicochemical strength upon permeation of water and separate into the plurality of small sheet pieces when the interlabial pad is discarded by being flushed down a toilet.
