    摘要: An apparatus and method for controlling driving of a plurality of fan motors for a refrigerator are provided. When operated, the plurality of fan motors provided in the refrigerator is sequentially operated at certain delay times, to thus improve operation efficiency of the plurality of fan motors. The apparatus for controlling driving of a plurality of fan motors includes blowing devices that supply cool air, a driving device that generates drive signals to drive the blowing devices, a controller that controls operation of the driving device, a power device that provides operation power of the driving device and the controller, and a cutoff device positioned between the driving device and the power device that cuts off noise and a surge voltage introduced from the power device to the driving device.

    摘要: A motor having a reverse-rotation preventing unit, comprises: a casing; a stator fixedly-coupled to an inside of the casing; a primary rotor rotatably inserted into the stator; a motor shaft coupled to the primary rotor; a secondary rotor having a permanent magnet and rotatably inserted into an air gap between the stator and the primary rotor; a locking unit installed at an inner wall of the casing; a ratchet unit rotatably coupled to the secondary rotor, and locked or unlocked to/from the locking unit when the secondary rotor is forward-rotated or reverse-rotated, for rotating the secondary rotor in a forward direction; and a position setting unit for moving the ratchet unit to a locking position or a unlocking position by a difference between a centrifugal force generated when the secondary rotor is rotated and its restoration force. In the present invention, the motor is only forward-rotated without being reverse-rotated and thus a reliability thereof is enhanced.

    摘要: An outer rotor-type fan motor and a method for magnetizing a magnet applied thereto. The outer rotor-type fan motor comprises a rotation shaft; a stator disposed outside the rotation shaft; a fan having a hub and blades formed on the hub, the hub covering the stator with a predetermined gap; and a magnet disposed on an inner surface of the hub and spaced from the stator with a predetermined gap, wherein the magnet is an isotropic magnet magnetized to have a pole anisotropy. Accordingly, a cogging torque and noise are reduced without reducing a back-electromotive force, thereby obtaining a high efficiency.

    摘要: An induction motor having a reverse-rotation preventing function, comprises: a stator provided with a winding coil generating flux by a current; an induction rotor provided with a cage and rotatably inserted in the stator, wherein a rotary shaft is coupled to its inside; a synchronous rotor provided with a permanent magnet and rotatably coupled between the stator and the induction rotor; an induction-force generating unit generating a force for moving the synchronous rotor in an axial direction; and a rotation preventing unit preventing a reverse rotation by fixing the synchronous rotor moved by the induction-force generating unit at the time of reverse rotation of the synchronous rotor. When a reverse rotation of the induction motor occurs as a reverse-rotation force is applied to the induction rotor due to a phase of a voltage which is initially applied and an unparallel rotating magnetic field at the time of initial driving of the motor, the load inertia of the synchronous rotor is increased, and the reverse rotation of the synchronous rotor and the induction rotor is prevented. Also, the construction for preventing the reverse rotation of the motor is simplified, and a small number of components are required.
