摘要： A display apparatus, a remote controller and a method for controlling applied thereto are provided. The display apparatus receives direction information regarding an orientation of the remote controller from the remote controller, and selects an area to be controlled by the remote controller from among a first area and a second area of a screen according to the direction information received from the remote controller. As a result, user is enabled to control different areas on the screen by appropriately moving the remote controller between different orientations.

摘要： A linear evaporation source and a deposition apparatus having the same are disclosed. In one embodiment, the linear evaporation source includes i) a crucible being open on one side thereof and configured to store a deposition material and ii) a plurality of partitions dividing an internal space of the crucible, wherein each of the partitions has at least one opening in a lower portion thereof. The source further includes i) a nozzle section located on the open side of the crucible and comprising a plurality of nozzles, ii) a heater configured to heat the crucible and iii) a housing configured to accommodate to the crucible, the nozzle section, and the heater.

摘要： In a method of controlling an effusion cell in a deposition system, including a crucible, a guiding pathway and an injection nozzle, a guiding pathway and an injection nozzle are heated. The crucible is heated after heating the guiding pathway and the injection nozzle. In addition, in cooling the effusion cell including a crucible, a guiding pathway and an injection nozzle, the crucible is cooled. The guiding pathway and the injection nozzle are cooled after cooling the crucible. This method has an advantage of enhancing uniformity of the organic layer formed on the substrate by preventing the clogging of the injection nozzle by deposition material vaporized in the crucible or splashing.

摘要： An induction motor having a reverse-rotation preventing function, comprises: a stator provided with a winding coil generating flux by a current; an induction rotor provided with a cage and rotatably inserted in the stator, wherein a rotary shaft is coupled to its inside; a synchronous rotor provided with a permanent magnet and rotatably coupled between the stator and the induction rotor; an induction-force generating unit generating a force for moving the synchronous rotor in an axial direction; and a rotation preventing unit preventing a reverse rotation by fixing the synchronous rotor moved by the induction-force generating unit at the time of reverse rotation of the synchronous rotor. When a reverse rotation of the induction motor occurs as a reverse-rotation force is applied to the induction rotor due to a phase of a voltage which is initially applied and an unparallel rotating magnetic field at the time of initial driving of the motor, the load inertia of the synchronous rotor is increased, and the reverse rotation of the synchronous rotor and the induction rotor is prevented. Also, the construction for preventing the reverse rotation of the motor is simplified, and a small number of components are required.
