    摘要: A thrombectomy guidewire system includes a thrombectomy guidewire having a wire shaft with a proximal portion and a distal portion, the wire shaft is sized for receiving and delivering guidewire deliverable intravascular thrombectomy devices. The thrombectomy guidewire includes a self-expanding basket positioned at the distal portion of the wire shaft and configured to self-expand from a collapsed configuration to an expanded configuration. A exchange sheath includes a first lumen configured to slidably receive the wire shaft and a second lumen aligned with the central lumen. The exchange sheath is slidable in a distal direction over the wire shaft from the proximal portion of the wire shaft at least until the self-expanding basket is sheathed within the central lumen and collapsed into the collapsed configuration.

    摘要: A thrombectomy system includes an inner catheter, an outer catheter, an adjustable basket, and at least one debulking element. The outer catheter defines an outer catheter lumen. The inner catheter is slidably received within the outer catheter lumen such that the inner catheter is slidable relative to the outer catheter. The adjustable basket has a fenestrated structure extending between a proximal collar and a distal collar. The proximal collar is attached to a distal end of the outer catheter and the distal collar is attached to a distal end of the inner catheter. The at least one debulking element is positioned on the outer catheter proximal to the adjustable basket. The fenestrated structure is radially expanded by sliding the inner catheter in a first direction relative to the outer catheter and is radially collapsed by sliding the inner catheter in a second direction opposite the first direction.

    摘要: In an example, a scoring device is configured for retention of a catheter shaft. The scoring device incudes a proximal portion and a distal portion. A retention sleeve extends between the proximal and distal portions. The retention sleeve has a catheter socket configured to selectively receive and mechanically engage the catheter shaft. The scoring device includes a scoring tool coupled with the retention sleeve, for instance proximate to the distal portion. The scoring tool includes a balloon socket configured to selectively receive a balloon of the catheter shaft. The scoring tool includes one or more scoring elements extending around the balloon socket, the one or more scoring elements configured to provide localized scoring to vasculature.
