Abstract: A magnesium/titanium composite plate with large thickness ratios and a gradient heterothermal rolling bonding method are provided by the present disclosure, relating to the technical field of rolling bonding plates. The method includes following steps: assembling blanks according to a sequence of titanium strip, transition layer foil and magnesium alloy plate to obtain a composite blank; carrying out induction heating treatment on one side of the titanium strip of the composite blank, then rolling, and carrying out heat treatment on a composite plate blank after rolling to obtain the magnesium/titanium composite plate with large thickness ratios; and a thickness ratio of the magnesium alloy plate to the titanium strip is greater than or equal to 20:1.

Abstract: Provided is an efficient preparation method of a bimetallic seamless composite pipe, and belongs to the technical field of steel pipe manufacture. The efficient preparation method of the bimetallic seamless composite pipe includes following steps: sheathing a base pipe blank on a cladding pipe blank to obtain a composite pipe blank, and carrying out a stress relief annealing treatment on the composite pipe blank, where the base pipe blank and the cladding pipe blank are made of different materials; heating the composite pipe blank after the stress relief annealing treatment to a hot working window temperature, and sheathing on a core rod of an extrusion cylinder after an insulation treatment, and then extruding along an axial direction of the extrusion cylinder to obtain a bimetallic seamless composite pipe.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pulse current assisted uncanned rolling method for titanium-TiAl composite plates, including the following specific steps: 1. preparing titanium alloy sheets; 2. preparing TiAl alloy sheets; 3. uncanned lay-up; 4. pulse current assisted hot-rolling; 5. separation and subsequent processing, thus getting the titanium-TiAl composite plates. The composite plates are of good quality on the surface without oxide layer shedding, no cracks at the edges and the ends, with uniform and fine microstructures, good bonding interface and excellent mechanical properties.
