Abstract: Embodiments of the present application disclose a driver substrate, a display module and a display device. The drive substrate includes a display area and a fanout area arranged side by side along a first direction. The driver substrate includes a plurality of scan lines and a plurality of data lines located in the display area. Therefore, the present application avoids the issues of flickering images, achieves the goal of lowered flickering images of the frequency conversion display device and improvement of display quality.
