Abstract: Disclosed are a display panel and a method of manufacturing a display panel. The display panel includes an array substrate; a color film substrate disposed opposite to the array substrate; a liquid crystal layer disposed between the array substrate and the color film substrate; a reflective layer disposed on a side of the array substrate facing the liquid crystal layer. The reflective layer comprises a plurality of first convex structures, each of the first convex structures has a first sidewall extending from a bottom to a top of each of the first convex structures, and an angle between a normal line of the first sidewall and a horizontal plane is greater than 0° and less than or equal to 10°.

Abstract: An array substrate and a total reflection liquid crystal display panel are provided. By disposing an uneven surface which is at least partially uneven on a side of a planarization layer away from a substrate in the total reflection liquid crystal display panel, a reflection electrode can be disposed along the uneven surface of the planarization layer in an uneven shape, thereby changing an reflective direction of a light in the panel. Therefore, the light that cannot be reflected at a critical angle of total reflection originally is allowed to be reflected out of the panel, thereby increasing reflectivity of the total reflection liquid crystal display panel.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a display panel including the same. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel units. Each of the pixel units includes a main pixel electrode, a sub-pixel electrode, a first thin film transistor (TFT) electrically connected to the sub-pixel electrode, a second TFT electrically connected to the first TFT, and a third TFT electrically connected to the main pixel electrode. The first TFT includes a first channel and a first semiconductor layer. The first channel includes two or more subchannels. The first semiconductor layer includes two or more semiconductor sublayers. Each of the semiconductor sublayers is disposed in a corresponding subchannel.
