摘要: A method of producing a positive electrode active material comprises the following (a) and (b): (a) preparing a slurry by dispersing an active material particle in a coating liquid; and (b) performing spray drying to dry the slurry to produce a positive electrode active material. The active material particle includes an O2-type layered oxide. The coating liquid includes a solute and a solvent. The solute includes at least one selected from the group consisting of Nb, P, and B. The slurry has a solid concentration of more than 42% and not more than 51%.

摘要: In a method for producing a coated active material, a coating layer containing Nb is formed on at least a part of a surface of an active material. The method includes: transforming a slurry containing the active material and a coating solution containing Nb into droplets to obtain slurry droplets; drying the slurry droplets in a heated gas stream to obtain a precursor; and baking the precursor. When obtaining the slurry droplets, a temperature of the slurry before the slurry is transformed into droplets is 5° C. or more and less than 25° C.

CP represents an element concentration of phosphorus. CB represents an element concentration of boron. CNa represents an element concentration of lithium.

The solid-state battery is a solid-state battery comprising: a cathode comprising a cathode layer that contains an oxide-based cathode active material, an anode comprising an anode layer that contains an anode active material, and a solid electrolyte layer being disposed between the cathode layer and the anode layer and containing a solid electrolyte, wherein at least any one of the cathode layer and the solid electrolyte layer contains a sulfide-based solid electrolyte, and wherein the sulfide-based solid electrolyte comprises a high oxygen concentration layer on a contact surface with the oxide-based cathode active material, the high oxygen concentration layer having a higher oxygen element concentration than other parts except the contact surface.
