Abstract: Disclosed is a positive electrode material having inhibited increase in heat release when exposed to high temperature. The positive electrode material of the disclosure comprises a positive electrode active material, a first solid electrolyte and a second solid electrolyte, wherein the positive electrode active material comprises a lithium-containing oxide, the first solid electrolyte comprises Li and X as constituent elements and comprises no S, X is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br and I, the second solid electrolyte comprises Li and S as constituent elements, the first solid electrolyte covers at least part of the surface of the positive electrode active material, the second solid electrolyte contacts with the positive electrode active material across the first solid electrolyte, and the average covering thickness of the first solid electrolyte is 104 nm or greater.

The solid-state battery is a solid-state battery comprising: a cathode comprising a cathode layer that contains an oxide-based cathode active material, an anode comprising an anode layer that contains an anode active material, and a solid electrolyte layer being disposed between the cathode layer and the anode layer and containing a solid electrolyte, wherein at least any one of the cathode layer and the solid electrolyte layer contains a sulfide-based solid electrolyte, and wherein the sulfide-based solid electrolyte comprises a high oxygen concentration layer on a contact surface with the oxide-based cathode active material, the high oxygen concentration layer having a higher oxygen element concentration than other parts except the contact surface.

Abstract: A method of producing a carburizing forging material includes heating a steel material at 1300° C. or higher, forming Nb in a solid solution state and then rolling the steel material, heating the rolled steel material in a range of 950 to 1050° C., hot forging the heated steel material in a range of 950 to 1040° C., precipitating a Nb carbonitride in the steel material by cooling the steel material or maintaining a temperature of the steel material under a condition in which a time spent in a range of 950 to 970° C. is 1 minute or longer, precipitating a ferrite phase in the steel material by cooling the steel material or maintaining a temperature of the steel material under a condition in which a time spent in a range of 730 to 870° C. is 10 minutes or longer, and cooling the steel material to room temperature.
