摘要: An actuator is fixed to a predetermined stationary member. A plunger is supported by a casing of the actuator while being allowed to reciprocate linearly. The plunger has a joint on an exposed area thereof that is connected to a selector plate. A leading end of the plunger from the joint is also supported while being allowed to reciprocate by a supporting member formed integrally with a stationary member to which the casing is fixed.

摘要: A selectable one-way clutch includes a pocket plate, a notch plate, and a selector plate, and the selector plate is configured to rotate so as to switch the clutch between an engaged state and a non-engaged state. A lubricant passage through which a lubricant is supplied to the selectable one-way clutch has a lubricant inlet and a lubricant outlet, and the lubricant outlet is located on the lower side of the lubricant inlet in a direction of gravitational force, and connected to an inside of the selectable one-way clutch. The lubricant passage includes an inclined surface that is inclined with respect to the direction of gravitational force, between the lubricant inlet and the lubricant outlet, and the inclined surface has an opening.

摘要: A control system for a hybrid vehicle configured to prevent an undesirable engagement of the selectable one-way clutch is provided. In order to reduce a drag torque resulting from a cranking of an engine to bring the selectable one-way clutch into engagement mode, the control system raises a temperature of lubrication oil before carrying out the cranking of the engine if it is too low, and carries out the cranking of an engine by a motor after the temperature of the lubrication oil is raised to a level at which viscosity thereof is reduced.

A pawl comprises a strut that is pushed up toward a notch through an aperture of a selector plate, a stopper plate protruding laterally from a rear end side of the strut, and a first inclined face formed on the stopper plate to incline downwardly from the rear end side toward the leading end side of the strut. A side plate is formed along each long side of the aperture to protrude toward the pocket plate, and the second inclined face is formed on the side plate to be brought into contact to the first inclined face.

The notch plate includes a plane portion including a first inclined surface, and the first inclined surface provides the engaging piece with force in a direction into which the engaging piece is urged away from the notch plate, when the notch plate is rotated in an engaging direction into which the engaging piece rising toward the notch plate is engaged with the engaging recess portion, and one end portion of the engaging piece rises toward the notch plate and comes in contact with the plane portion.

摘要: A selectable one-way clutch includes: a pocket plate; a notch plate; an annular selector plate; an arm; and an actuator. An operating shaft is configured to move the arm along a circumferential direction of the selector plate so as to move the arm to an engagement position and to a non-engagement position. The operating shaft includes a slope portion inclined relative to a direction of a tangential line to the outer circumference of the selector plate. The slope portion is configured to move the selector plate to a position farther apart from the notch plate in a case where the arm is located at the non-engagement position than a position from the notch plate in a case where the arm is located at the engagement position.

摘要: A hybrid vehicle includes: an engine; a first motor; an output member; a differential mechanism, the engine, the first motor, and the output member being coupled via the differential mechanism; a second motor configured to apply torque to the output member; and an engagement mechanism configured to stop rotation of an output shaft of the engine or rotation of a specified rotational member that is coupled to the output shaft of the engine. An electronic control unit is configured to (i) engage the engagement mechanism when the hybrid vehicle travels reversely by drive power of the second motor or drive power of the first motor and the second motor, and (ii) disengage the engagement mechanism when the hybrid vehicle travels forward by the drive power of the second motor or the drive power of the first motor and the second motor.
