    摘要: A crushing chamber is formed between a concave liner and a mantle liner. The concave liner has a first area surface having a length of T to √2T; a second and a third area surface; which surfaces are gradually inclined from the side of the inlet for the crushing chamber. The mantle liner has a first tapered surface having a length of greater than T, a cross angle of less than 20° and an inclination angle of greater than 60°; a second tapered surface having a length of greater than 0.5T and a cross angle of 5° to 10°; and a third tapered surface having an inclination angle of 45° to 50°. The area surfaces as well as the tapered surfaces are continuously arranged in a curvilinear manner. The shapes enhance the throughput of goods in a good fine-crushing performance, reducing the uneven abrasion due to the action.

    摘要: The value of a variable reflecting the operating condition of mechanical equipment is continuously detected as operation condition data. A long period average value of the operating condition data detected in long reference period, and a short period average value of data detected in a short analysis period ending in the present time are calculated. Just how much the short period average value differs from the long period average value is adopted as an index of abnormality and using this index, it is possible to ascertain abnormal operating conditions regardless of the absolute value of the variable detected. The above short period average value, long period average value and standard deviation thereof are applied to a first fuzzy membership function for calculating the degree of stability of the mechanical equipment therefrom. Furthermore, the degree of stability is then applied to a second fuzzy membership function for calculating the amount by which the operating parameter of a control factor of the mechanical equipment must be adjusted in order to achieve a desired degree of stability. Thus the mechanical equipment can be controlled for optimum operation.

Each of the nodes adjusts the ratio between GNS storage areas and LNS storage areas of logical volumes according to the operating condition. When received a GNS-based access request, the node checks the unused capacity of the GNS storage areas of each of the nodes, and transfers the business affair data via a network switch to the node which comprises a logical volume with the largest unused capacity.

    摘要: A vertical roller mill which maintains a predetermined milling capacity for a long period of operation is disclosed. The outer portion of the grinding face of a milling roller is chamfered with respect to a tangent drawn at the point at which chamfering of the grinding surface of the milling roller begins and/or the outer portion of the surface of a table liner is chamfered with respect to a tangent drawn at the point at which chamfering of the surface of the table liner begins. Through this structure, a milled material is smoothly discharged to the outside of the milling table, and an otherwise possible overload to the vertical roller mill is prevented. Further, the wide and shallow abrasion pattern resulting from the use of this structure means the vertical roller mill can maintain a predetermined milling performance for a long period of operation.

    摘要: A jaw crusher in which in adjusting an outlet gap, manual releasing and applying operations for a tension force of a tension rod are not necessary, and repair of rough of a contact surface between a toggle block and a wedge and frequency of replacement thereof can be reduced. An outlet gap adjusting apparatus for automatically adjusting an outlet gap, the apparatus capable of securing a space required for maintenance on the back frame side of a swing jaw. A tension spring 21 for applying a tension force to a tension rod is compressed on the counter swing jaw 6 side of a back frame 4 of the jaw crusher 1, and a tendon spring compression cylinder 23 for releasing a compression force is provided. A wedge operating cylinder 17 for inserting a wedge 15 into a gap formed between an inclined surface 12a of a toggle block 12 moved toward the swing jaw 6 by a gap adjusting cylinder 13 provided on the counter swing jaw 6 side of the back frame 4 and the back frame 4 is mounted on a cylinder support 16 provided on a back frame horizontal rib 11. A wedge operating cylinder 17 and a wedge 15 can be freely connected and disconnected by mounting and removing a pin mounting means 19. The wedge operating cylinder 17 is inclined after the pin mounting means 19 has been removed whereby the space required for maintenance can be secured on the back frame side of the swing jaw 6 of the jaw crusher 1.
