摘要: There are provided an axle housing, a rotational shaft provided to axially extend in a spindle of the axle housing, a wheel mounting cylinder which is mounted on an outer peripheral side of the spindle through wheel support bearings and to which wheels are mounted, and a planetary gear reduction mechanism for decelerating rotation of the rotational shaft, which is transmitted to the wheel mounting cylinder. A carrier forming a part of the planetary gear reduction mechanism is mounted in a non-rotating state on an open end side of the spindle. A cylindrical coupling member is provided between the spindle and the carrier, and provided with an axial one side outer periphery splined-coupled to an open end inner peripheral side of the spindle and an axial other side outer periphery spline-coupled to an inner peripheral side of the carrier.

摘要: There are provided a rotational shaft provided in a spindle, a wheel mounting cylinder which is mounted through wheel support bearings on an outer peripheral side of the spindle, and a planetary gear reduction mechanism for decelerating rotation of the rotational shaft, which is transmitted to the wheel mounting cylinder. A carrier forming a part of the planetary gear reduction mechanism is mounted in a non-rotating state on an open end side of the spindle. A cylindrical coupling member is provided between an open side of the spindle and the carrier. An oil guide path is formed between a one-side end surface of each of planetary gears and an opposing surface portion of a cylindrical coupling member for guiding lubricant oil ejected from a meshing part therebetween to a planetary gear bearing.

摘要: A wheel mounting cylinder (18) is rotatably provided on an outer peripheral side of an axle housing (12) through wheel support bearings (20, 21). A wet brake (45) is provided between the axle housing (12) and the wheel mounting cylinder (18) for applying a braking force to rotation of the wheel mounting cylinder (18). A seal mechanism (55) is provided between the wet brake (45) and the wheel support bearing (20) for keeping a cooling liquid (50) of the wet brake (45) in a sealed state to lubricant oil (100) in the wheel mounting cylinder (18). A foreign-object trapping portion (58, 62) is provided between the wheel support bearing (20) and the seal mechanism (55) for trapping foreign objects flowing from the seal mechanism (55) toward the wheel support bearing (20).
