Further, the method includes forming one or more voids in the pin shaft(s) and/or the carrier via additive manufacturing. As such, the void(s) is configured to increase flexibility of the pin shaft(s)/carrier so as to improve a load distribution thereof.

摘要: Parallel shafting gearbox have problems like the frictional losses, gear shifting is very hard under load, wear and tear of gears while shifting and operating of the gears, load distribution on single driven gear and it is hard to derive large reductions gear ratio easily. Present invention introduces a gearbox as a solution for above problems using PGTU (planetary gear trains unit)s such that all the PGTUs in gear box are connected serially with axles on which planetary gears are mounted, of the PGTUs which are arranged between them, forming a series of CPCAs, for transmission from rotating driving shaft on which sun gears are mounted to the driven shaft by braking the motion of the ring gear of PGTU through which the transmission is to be carried out while setting free the ring gears of rest of the PGTUs in the gear box, It is useful in automobile vehicle etc.

摘要: A planetary wheel drive uses a brake having a stamped spring plate which includes a plurality of spring stabilizer connections. Each one of the plurality of springs is mechanically bonded to a respective one of the plurality of spring stabilizer connections. A brake piston includes a bore therethrough and resides in sliding engagement with the stationary spindle. The brake piston is generally cylindrically shaped with an inner portion and an outer portion. The plurality of coil springs reside between said spring stabilizers and said inner shoulder of said brake piston. Pressurized hydraulic fluid releases the brake.

The gear reduction includes at least two double helical gears in meshed engagement, each of the at least two double helical gears having a first plurality of gear teeth separated from a second plurality of gear teeth such that a first end of the first plurality of gear teeth and a first end of the second plurality of gear teeth are spaced apart by an axial distance. Each of the first plurality of gear teeth is offset a first circumferential offset distance in relation to the next gear tooth of the second plurality of gear teeth when moving in a circumferential direction relative to respective axes.

摘要: A balanced and rotating mechanism of an internal combustion engine, which combines adjustable variable compression ratio with long power and exhaust strokes and short intake and compression strokes to obtain an internal combustion engine with variable air intake flow and maintain a constant pressure ignition. The mechanism includes a mirror-image planetary-gear assembly, a gear-pin assembly, and a piston-and-connecting rod assembly. The mirror-image planetary-gear assembly includes a first planetary-gear assembly and a second planetary-gear assembly; wherein each includes a sun gear, a primary planet gear, a plurality of secondary planet gears, and a ring gear. The first planetary-gear assembly and the second planetary-gear assembly are mounted along a main rotation axis, offset from each other and mirroring each other. The gear-pin assembly is eccentrically connected between the primary planet gears. Resultantly, rotating the sun gears alters the orientation of the gear-pin assembly, and thus changing the top dead center height.

摘要: Structural arrangements of wheel drive components facilitate the use of robust main roller bearings that are widely spaced apart from one another. This wide spacing minimizes the torque borne by the bearings for a given external load, because at least one bearing is placed closer to the expected load application point (e.g., the center of gravity of the wheel attached to the wheel hub of the drive unit). The present wheel drive bearings can support a heavy external load without expanding the overall size and configuration of a given wheel drive application.
