    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an oil tank structure capable of cooling oil flowing into the oil tank to properly adjust the oil temperature, and also capable of preventing overcooling. The oil tank structure includes a tank portion; an oil introducing portion that is provided in a sidewall of the tank portion and introduces oil in a direction tangential to the sidewall; at least one groove-like passage portion that is formed along a circumference of the sidewall so to allow the introduced oil to flow in and out; an oil cooling portion that is provided on the sidewall and cools the groove-like passage portion; and an outlet formed in a bottom of the tank portion. By such an oil tank structure, oil having a high temperature easily flows into the groove-like passage portion due to its low viscosity, and is cooled by the oil cooling portion. On the other hand, oil having a low temperature is prevented from flowing into the groove-like passage portion, and is less likely to be cooled by the oil cooling portion. Accordingly, overcooling of the oil can be suppressed.

    摘要: A cleansing tank 38 and a screw conveyor 32 are removably mounted to a mounting opening 22 of a filtration tank 2. When the cleansing tank 38 and the screw conveyor 32 are to be removed, they can be extracted to the exterior of the filtration tank 2, by detaching a base 28, which axially supports the screw conveyor 32, from a rim 24. Purified water is backwashed through a purified water discharge pipe 60 when the cleansing tank 38 and the screw conveyor 32 are extracted and inserted through the mounting opening 22. This causes filtration media 14 to float, thereby reducing the resistance thereof.

    摘要: A bubble separator includes a body with a generally cylindrical shape, an oil induction portion, a gas discharge portion with a generally cylindrical shape, an oil discharge portion, and an upper partition. The oil induction portion is provided on the body, and introduces bubble-containing oil to inside the body. The gas discharge portion is provided extending from a ceiling portion of the body, and discharges separated bubbles to outside the body. The oil discharge portion is provided on the body, and discharges separated oil to outside the body. The upper partition is provided extending from the ceiling portion, and is formed on a periphery of the gas discharge portion. According to the bubble separator of the present invention, the upper partition can prevent bubble-containing oil from directly blowing into the discharge hole of the gas discharge portion and discharging to outside the body together with separated gas.

The axial support section is equipped with a frictional wear compensating mechanism at a portion thereof at which the shaft and the axial support section contact each other.
