摘要: The motor control device includes: a vehicle control device (1) for generating a first torque command value Tref according to state quantities of the vehicle acquired from various sensors (7); a vehicle-resonance-compensation calculation unit (23) for extracting a frequency component generating a vehicle resonance from torque ripple components detected from an electrical angle ω of a motor for traveling (3) by a vehicle resonance component extraction filter (24), and generating a second torque command value Tcmp as a resonance compensation value for carrying out feedback control for the extracted frequency component; and an adder (20) for generating a torque command value Tref_cmp by subtracting the second torque command value Tcmp from the first torque command value Tref, and the motor (3) is controlled according to the torque command value. With this, it is possible to restrain the resonance of the vehicle caused by the torque ripple of the motor (3).

摘要: In a controller of an internal combustion engine equipped with an electric supercharger driven by a motor, an object is to attempt to improve fuel consumption of a vehicle.The controller includes an electric supercharger driven by a motor; a generator that performs power generation using the output of the internal combustion engine as power; a charging device which is charged by the generator and can store electricity; and an accelerator opening degree detector that detects an accelerator opening degree. In the controller, a configuration is made such that, the controller controls supply electricity to the electric supercharger and generated electricity by the generator by the output of the accelerator opening degree detector, output needed for the electric supercharger calculated depending on the accelerator opening degree, and an state of charge in the charging device.

摘要: Provided is an internal combustion engine for improving fuel-economy performance in any of the case where supercharging performed by an electric supercharger is required and the case where the supercharging is not required. The internal combustion engine includes: an electric supercharger; a supercharger; an electric motor; and a controller, the electric supercharger being for compressing an intake air by rotation of the supercharger caused with rotation of the exhaust turbine by an exhaust gas energy to perform supercharging and for rotationally driving the supercharger with electric-motor assistance by the electric motor; an exhaust bypass passage provided to bypass the exhaust turbine; and an opening and closing the exhaust bypass passage unit. In the internal combustion engine, the opening and closing the exhaust bypass passage unit opens the exhaust bypass passage until the supercharging is started by the electric supercharger.

摘要: An on-off switch is provided between a first battery acting to supply an electric power to on-vehicle electrical equipment and a second battery acting to supply an electric power to an electric supercharger. In the case that charge voltage of the first battery is smaller than a predetermined value and operating power of an electric supercharger 3 is larger than a predetermined value, the on-off switch is opened to suppress electrical effects on the on-vehicle electrical equipment. In other cases, the on-off switch is closed and the second battery is charged by a generator and the first battery. As a result, it is possible to suppress adverse effects on the on-vehicle electrical equipment due to voltage drop or voltage fluctuation of a power source occurring by driving the electric supercharger and thus to make a stable power supply.

摘要: An electrically assisted turbocharger is provided; in the case where an internal combustion engine rotates at low rotation speed, the output thereof is secured by adjusting the flow rate in a recirculation path while supercharging with electrically assisting torque, and in the case where the internal combustion engine rotates at high rotation speed, electrically assisting torque compensates the inertia of at least a turbine wheel, a compressor impeller, and a motor; as a result, not only unnecessary consumption of electric energy is avoided, but also desired supercharging can be performed by the electrically assisted turbocharger.

摘要: Internal combustion engine system includes an electric supercharger which supercharges sucked air; a throttle valve which adjusts the flow amount of intake air of supercharged air into a cylinder; an EGR path in which a part of exhaust gas exhausted from the exhaust manifold side is recirculated to the intake manifold side; an EGR valve which adjusts the amount of exhaust gas passing through the EGR path; and an internal combustion engine control unit which controls the throttle valve, the EGR valve, and the electric supercharger. This enables to satisfy both performance of the supercharger and fuel consumption of the internal combustion engine without complicating the structure of EGR.
