At least a light-emitting layer of the at least one layer including the organic compound includes the oligofluorene compound and a light-emitting compound selected from a fluorescent compound and a phosphorescent compound. A weight ratio (B/A) of the light-emitting compound (B) selected from the fluorescent compound and the phosphorescent compound to the oligofluorene compound (A) is 1/100 or more and 100/100 or less.
