    摘要： A balloon cover 1 for contracting a once expanded balloon 4 in a balloon catheter which is provided with a compressible cover 2 as an inner tube to receive the balloon 4 and with an outer sheath 3 as an outer tube to receive the compressible cover 2, wherein an inner diameter of the compressible cover 2 has a diameter such that the expanded balloon 4 is contracted therein to make a smaller profile, and an inner diameter of the outer sheath 3 is smaller than an outer diameter of said compressible cover 2, and wherein the balloon cover 1 comprises a primary reducing function that the cover 2 receives the once expanded balloon 4 therein, and a secondary reducing function that the outer sheath 3 receives the compressible cover 2 therein and decreases the diameter of the compressible cover 2 including balloon 4 therein.

    摘要： A balloon catheter comprises a shaft 2, a ball-shaped balloon 1 twisted in the form of a screw and mounted on the head of the shaft 2, and a two-way stop cock 5 connected through connection tube 4 with hub 3 on the proximal end of the shaft 2. Injection opening 6 for physiological saline is arranged on the proximal end of the two-way stopcock 5 in order to inflate the balloon. The balloon catheter in the present invention, of which the balloon is of a small diameter during deflation and for which a thinner sheath introducer can be used, can readily occlude a blood vessel.

    摘要： A blood flow blocking catheter, comprises: a puncture needle component having a puncture needle capable of puncturing a vein; and a sheath that covers said puncture needle component, and a balloon catheter that can be inserted into and removed from a lumen of the puncture needle component and has at its distal end a balloon that can block off blood flow. With the present invention, a balloon catheter can be easily inserted into a vein, and the balloon inflated, without making a large incision in the vein. Therefore, the temporary obstruction of blood flow with a balloon catheter can be carried out more easily, and this simplifies the surgery and makes it less invasive. Thus, it is possible to obtain a blood flow blocking catheter with which vascular anastomosis can be performed more safely and in less time.

The piercing catheter (2) and second sheath (1) are provided at each distal portion with a side hole (21, 11) so that the side hole (21) of the piercing catheter (2) is laid to lie the side hole (11) of the second sheath (1) when the tip of the piercing catheter (2) is reached to the tip of the second sheath to allow the first sheath (3) to protrude through the overlapped side holes (21, 11).

The thrombus capture member which is expanded is accommodated into the sheath and a crossed wire member and a portion of a filter part constituting the thrombus capture member are accommodated in the flexible tube, thereby diameter-reducing an opening part of the filter part.
