    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for a downlink control signaling in wireless communication are described. A wireless communication method is provided to comprise transmitting, by a network device, to a user device, a control signaling including N data blocks that indicate T triggering states of M user devices, and wherein N, T, and M are natural numbers and the triggering states indicate configuration information of the M user devices.

    Abstract: Presented are systems and methods for signaling design and configuration. A first wireless device may receive a first positioning-related signal with a first carrier frequency and a second positioning-related signal with a second carrier frequency. The first wireless device may determine a carrier phase measurement with respect to the first positioning-related signal and the second positioning-related signal, under a constraint of having a difference between the first carrier frequency and the second carrier frequency to be conformed against a defined value. The first wireless device may send the carrier phase measurement to a second wireless device.

    Abstract: A system and method for coding master information blocks (MIBs) for broadcast are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method performed by a communication node includes: identifying time sensitive bits among a master information block; placing the time sensitive bits at predetermined encoding positions, wherein the time sensitive bits at the predetermined encoding positions are encoded with a common property different than other bits of the master information block; encoding the master information block; and transmitting a broadcast message comprising the master information block.
