    Abstract: An object information processing method and apparatus, and an Object Identifier Resolution System (ORS) application gateway are provided. In the method, a request message transmitted by a specific application and used for requesting object information is received, wherein the request message carries an Object Identifier (OID) of the object information; the object information corresponding to the OID is acquired from an Application Server (AS) according to the OID; the acquired object information is converted into a format requested by the specific application; and the object information converted into the format requested by the specific application is transmitted to the specific application.

    Abstract: Various arrangements disclosed herein relate to managing Multicast and Broadcast Services (MBSs) in various Radio Resource Control (RRC) states, including a wireless communication device receiving from a network using first signaling specific to the wireless communication device, PTM configuration used for receiving at least one MBS when the wireless communication device is in an RRC-connected state. The wireless communication device receives from the network using second signaling specific to the wireless communication device when the wireless communication device is in the RRC-connected state, indication information indicating that the PTM configuration used for receiving the at least one MBS is obtained from broadcast signaling when the wireless communication device is in an RRC-inactive state.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a data retransmission decoding method, apparatus and system, and a communication device. The method includes: obtaining retransmitted data to be decoded, the retransmitted data to be decoded including a code block to be decoded (S102); according to stored check state information of a previously decoded code block, judging whether the code block to be decoded includes a target code block required to be decoded again (S104); and if the code block to be decoded includes the target code block required to be decoded again, merging and decoding a currently stored first code block and the target code block based on a predetermined decoding parameter (S106), wherein the first code block is a code block corresponding to the target code block.
