Abstract:
A wireless communication method for use in a first session management function (SMF) is disclosed. The method comprises taking over control of a protocol data unit, PDU, session served by a second SMF, and transmitting, to at least one network function associated with the PDU session, SMF change information associated with the PDU session.
Abstract:
Method, device, and computer program product for wireless communication are provided. A method includes receiving, by an access and mobility management node, information of a network slice maximum bit rate for a wireless communication terminal authorized by an Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting-Server, AAA-S, from a network slice specific authentication and authorization node.
Abstract:
A wireless communication method for use in a first wireless network node is disclosed. The wireless communication method comprises receiving, from a first session management function, a temporary mobile group identity associated with a multicast/broadcast service and a wireless terminal, receiving, from a second session management function, a request for activating a multicast/broadcast service session corresponding to the temporary mobile group identity, and transmitting, to the first session management function, a message comprising information indicating a status of the multicast/broadcast service session in the first wireless network node.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a network access authentication processing method and device. The method includes: receiving a confirmation message sent by user equipment, the confirmation message carrying a first signature token generated by the user equipment according to a first Privacy enhanced Mobile Subscriber Identifier (PMSI); verifying whether the first signature token is valid; and when the first signature token is invalid, obtaining the PMSI to perform network access authentication on the user equipment.
Abstract:
Methods, apparatus, and systems for enabling an application function to influence access traffic steering, switching, splitting control are described. In one example aspect, a wireless communication method includes transmitting a request from an application function to a network function to enable a creation or an update of a policy or a rule for traffic routing. The request includes one or more parameters indicating traffic routing information for one or more user devices. The one or more parameters comprise at least an access type preference for the one or more user devices. The method also includes receiving a response from the network function indicating the creation or the update of the policy or the rule for traffic routing.
Abstract:
A system and method of providing quality of service (QoS) control for a specific user equipment (UE) in a slice. The system and method include receiving, by a Session Management Function (SMF) from an Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF), a request for a quality of service (QoS) flow for a wireless communication device; determining, by the SMF responsive to receiving the request, a flow bit rate for the QoS flow; and transmitting, by the SMF to a repository through a Unified Data Management (UDM), a message causing the UDM to update a total flow bit rate in use according to the flow bit rate.
Abstract:
Provided are a UE migration method, apparatus and system and a storage medium. An NF that establishes a signaling interaction with an active SMF acquires a link state between the NF and the active SMF; the NF sends an SMF failure notification message to a standby SMF in response to determining that the active SMF fails; and the standby SMF migrates a UE to be migrated on the active SMF to the standby SMF according to a received SMF failure notification message. Further provided is a method for restoring UEs on a failed SMF to a standby SMF in batches.
Abstract:
The present disclosure discloses a near field communication discovery method, apparatus and system. Herein, the method includes: a discovery terminal receiving discovery information allocated by a network side to a discovered terminal, herein the discovery information includes a discovery identity, and the discovery information is transmitted by the network side to the discovered terminal; the discovery terminal performing paging or broadcasting using the discovery identity; and the discovery terminal receiving a response returned by the discovered terminal to determine that the discovered terminal is discovered.
Abstract:
A method for processing an authorization change of a Proximity-based Service (ProSe), a first network element device, and a second network element device are described. The method includes that: a ProSe server of a visited network or a local network triggers reauthorization of the ProSe; and the ProSe server of the visited network or the local network sends updated authorization information to a ProSe server of a home network. The updated authorization information includes: an update time limitation indication, and/or time information, and/or an authorization type.
Abstract:
A method for releasing a LIPA connection is provided, which includes that a MME executes a LIPA connection releasing check according to received LIPA connection releasing auxiliary information, and judges whether to release a LIPA connection of UE; or, a wireless-side network element executes a LIPA connection releasing check according to received LIPA connection releasing auxiliary information, and judges whether to release the LIPA connection of the UE. A device for releasing a LIPA connection, an MME and a wireless-side network element are also provided. According to the technical solutions of the present disclosure, under the condition that a mobile relay supports LIPA, continuity of the LIPA connection of the UE in an Mobile Relay Node (MRN) handover process is ensured, continuity of a LIPA service of the UE is further ensured, and the quality of service for a user and a user experience are improved.
