摘要： A method for feeding automatically metal profiles in bar form entails gripping a group of the metal profiles from a magazine for collecting the profiles and transferring the group of metal profiles or their end to a raised position. The raised metal profiles are arranged on a movable transfer device provided with means for separating the metal profiles, at which the initial portion of a preset number of metal profiles to be fed to the machine at each work cycle is conveyed transversely and counted. The metal profiles are transferred, in the counted number, at receiving elements of the machine, while the excess metal profiles are unloaded inside the collection magazine.

摘要： The invention concerns an apparatus for detaching wires previously cut to length from a disordered bundle. The apparatus includes a container for the bundle of wire in which there is mounted, adjacent one end, a device for grasping the wires in turn adjacent their ends and moving them transversely to their longitudinal axis against a stop situated to the side of the draw-in region of two conveyor rollers which have a variable spacing between their axes. The rollers are arranged, on reducing their axial spacing, to grasp the end of each wire bearing against the stop and to pull that wire out of the bundle substantially in its axial direction to convey it to a receiving device.

摘要： A straight rod stock processor and method for use thereof which incorporates the employment of a rod stock loader to effect automatic shakeout of a piece of straight rod stock in pulling the same from a pre-load bundle of infeed stock and delivery to a set of secondary rod stock compression rollers interposed between the rod stock loader and a stirrup bender just forward of the stirrup bender head on the infeed side thereof so that essentially the entire length of an infed rod stock piece may be thereby positioned and controlled in delivery to the stirrup bender head for processing thus substantially reducing labor and waste and handling costs per ton which are otherwise normally associated with the processing of straight rod stock lengths through a stirrup bender.
