摘要:
The present invention provides a winder used for a force limiting safety belt, comprising: a winder frame, a reel and a torsion bar. wherein, the winder frame comprises two opposite sidewalls, the corresponding positions of the two sidewalls having circular openings provided, the circular openings having internal toothed segments; the reel comprising a spindle through hole provided along the central axis of the spindle, two detachable end covers provided respectively on the two ends of the spindle, the end covers having external teeth provided along the periphery of the end covers; the torsion bar is divided into two segments in axial direction which are connected to each other by adjoining ends; in a free state, the reel is able to rotate and float provided within the winder frame, two end covers being provided in the circular through opening on the two sidewalls of the winder frame.

A belt retractor (5) for a vehicle seat belt includes a frame (10) made of plastic material and two side legs (16) between which a belt reel (22) equally made of plastic material is arranged. The belt reel (22) is provided with a flange (26) at each of its end faces and a retaining pin (32) to which the seat belt (7) is fastened is accommodated in the belt reel (22). The retaining pin (32) extends into the flanges (26) of the belt reel (22).

In a webbing retractor, a stopper plate is mounted to a belt insert-through hole of a spool. In this mounted state, a restricting wall of the stopper plate extends further outward in a radial direction of a spool main body than an outer peripheral portion of the spool main body. From between a pair of leg plates of a frame, the restricting wall opposes the leg plates along an axial direction of the spool. Thus, when force displacing the spool in the axial direction of the spool is applied, the leg plates interfere with the restricting wall, and indirectly interfere with the spool so as to restrict displacement of the spool.

A safety-belt arrangement for a motor vehicle has a safety-belt (74) with an end fixing (73) in the form of a plate having an aperture (75). The end fixing may be inserted into a slot (72) formed in a rotatably mounted spool (55). A spring-biased catch (76) is provided which engages the aperture (75) to retain the end fixing in position. When the end fixing is in position a spring catch (70) is released permitting the spool (55) to rotate under the influence of a spring bias. If a severe force is applied to the belt (74), part of the belt is withdrawn from the spool under a force limiting effect. The spool may additionally be associated with a pre-tensioner.

A retractor for a seat belt includes a shaft to which a folded, sewed loop portion of the belt end is fastened, and a spool arranged concentrically outside the shaft on which the belt is wound. The spool contains a shaft member having an axially extending slot through which the belt is passed, and an engagement member arranged outside the shaft member to prevent loose winding of the end portion of the belt and consequent slackness in the event of the belt being pulled tight in a collision.

A spindle, particularly for winding up a strap in a safety belt for vehicles, comprising a first portion which is provided with an opening for the strap and which is arranged to give the spindle the necessary strength, and a second portion which together with the first portion forms a spindle having a substantially round cross section.

An energy dissipator for a vehicle safety belt includes a reel on which one end of the belt is wound and anchored, the reel having two internal screw threads of opposite pitch in which respective bushes are threaded, so that in the event of an unwinding force on the reel due to a tension in the belt, for example on impact, the bushes are screwed towards each other and squash a deformable element interposed between the bushes.

A multi-point seat belt safety apparatus and system and device that automatically moves, adjusts, or otherwise corrects itself around one or more webbing deflection points, and utilizes different components, to accommodate seat occupants with different sizes and ages. In particular, when an occupant extends the webbing across their torso towards an anchor point, generally disposed to the near the side of their waist, the webbing first contacts the torso/shoulder of the occupant at a particular distance above the seat, which is reflective of the occupant's height, causing the webbing to automatically move along a length of a deflection element, positioned at, above, or near the shoulder of the seat occupant, to an appropriate deflection point. At such, the webbing is kept at a proper location, away from the neck of the occupant.
