    摘要: In a section of a ballasted track that extends over a plurality of crossties, ballast is removed and crossties are removed. Crosstie blocks mounted in concrete slabs are inserted, lifted, and fastened to the rails. The rails are supported by temporary, vertically adjustable supports and adjusted. In an area that extends over a number of concrete slabs, infill concrete is filled in from the underground up to at least part of the height of the concrete slabs, and after the infill concrete has hardened, at least a part of each of the supports located between two respective concrete slabs is removed. The method allows the conversion to be carried out without changing the position of the rails. After the placement of the supports, the track is immediately operable again so that the relevant section need not remain closed until all method steps are completed.

The method includes the following steps: suspending the rails premounted on their tie plates above the location at which the concrete slab is to be poured, each tie plate including a base under which is disposed a temporary tie plate for accurately guiding the anchor members, adjusting the position of the rails, pouring the concrete slab up to the height of the temporary tie plates, raising the rails and removing the temporary tie plates, and accurately positioning the rails premounted on their tie plates on the concrete slab in their final position and fixing the tie plates to the anchor members.

    摘要: A method of and arrangement for correcting the height of a railway upper structure with a reinforced concrete plate thereon into which plate a reinforced concrete part as support for rail holding members is so inserted that the reinforced concrete part is positioned above a just finished or poured concrete section of the reinforced concrete plate in conformity with its end position and is subsequently lowered and jarred into the not yet hardened concrete of the reinforced concrete plate. For purposes of carrying out such height correction, first the finished part is disconnected from the supporting plate by detaching the bolts which interconnect the supporting plate and the finished part from each other and subsequently lifting the finished part, to which the rail holding members are connected by separate bolts, together with the rail section pertaining thereto by a distance required for the desired correction as a result of which a space or cavity is created between the finished part and the supporting plate. This space or cavity is then filled with a filler, and subsequently the finished part is again firmly connected to the supporting plate by means of bolts.

    摘要: The invention relates to a pre-assembled plate consisting of armored concrete, especially for the use as a component of a solid roadway for high-speed means of transport. At least two steel rods extending in the longitudinal direction of the pre-assembled plate of armored concrete (10) and protruding over the concrete surface thereof on the front face (17) are provided. The pre-assembled plate (10) is provided with at least one, preferably several, predetermined breaking points (15) which extends crosswise in relation to the steel rods (19). The steel rod (19) is anchored in the area between the front face (17) of the pre-assembled plate (10) and the first predetermined breaking point (1) respectively and is mounted in the direction towards the respective front face (17) in the longitudinal direction thereof in an essentially freely moveable manner. According to a method for producing a plate composite structure of pre-assembled plates of armored concrete (10), the pre-assembled plate (10) is placed and exactly positioned. A casting compound (42) is underpoured under the exactly positioned pre-assembled plate. The pre-assembled plate (10) is connected to the adjacent pre-assembled plate (10) by casting the joint and connecting the steel rods (19) after the casting compound (42) has hardened.
