    摘要: Embodiments presented provide for an apparatus that provides a dislodgable plug seat that is used to capture a cement wiper plug for wellbore cementing operations. The apparatus further includes a collar having a ball seat and a closing sleeve configured to be shifted from an open position to a closed position. In the open position, a fluid pathway between an interior volume and a wellbore annulus is unblocked, and in the closed position the fluid pathway is blocked. A split ring is shiftable with the closing sleeve between a retained configuration when the closing sleeve is in the open position and an expanded configuration when the closing sleeve is in the closed position. The split ring holds the dislodgable plug seat in place within the body in the retained configuration and releases the dislodgable plug seat in the expanded configuration.

The casing string may have an upper mandrel comprising a rupture disk. A slotted mandrel may be coupled to a lower end of the upper mandrel and comprise a plug disposed in a port of the slotted mandrel. A casing shoe may be coupled to a lower end of the slotted mandrel and comprise a check valve assembly. A gas filled chamber may be formed between the rupture disk and the check valve assembly. The plug may be configured to dissolve after a predetermined amount of time when in contact with a wellbore fluid.

    摘要: An electronic trigger system includes a longitudinal housing including detection, electronics, and actuation sections disposed therein. The detection section includes a pressure sensor for receiving a predetermined pressure signal, and an electronic control board including at least one battery is disposed in the electronics section. The actuation section includes a prefill chamber, a setting piston disposed in the prefill chamber, an actuation device, an atmospheric chamber, and a pressure port. A predetermined amount of prefilled fluid at hydrostatic pressure is trapped between the setting piston and the actuation device in the prefill chamber. The actuation device isolates the prefilled fluid at hydrostatic pressure in the prefill chamber from the atmospheric chamber. Actuation occurs when, upon receipt of the predetermined pressure signal by the pressure sensor, the electronic control board transmits power to the actuation device, causing the prefilled fluid to flow through the actuation device and into the atmospheric chamber.

    摘要: A system and method for injecting bailer content utilizing a dump bailer having an elongated, flexible bailer receptacle secured between a head assembly and an injection assembly. Disposed within the dump bailer are first and second piston assemblies, each of which includes a piston having a central fluid passage with a pressure actuated flow control mechanism in the form of a rupture disk disposed along the fluid passage of the piston. An electric, positive displacement pump within the head assembly draws wellbore fluid into the dump bailer assembly to drive the first piston assembly towards the second piston assembly so as to release bailer content into a wellbore. The elongated flexible bailer receptacle may be a hose stored on a bailer receptacle reel, which hose may be paid out by the reel to a length that corresponds with a volume of bailer content to be released into the wellbore.

    摘要: A downhole tool can be used as a fill valve to circulate a fluid, such as a spacer fluid, through the tool. The tool can include a top and bottom flapper valve and an inner and outer sliding sleeve. The sliding sleeves can be shifted together to allow the top flapper valve to close. Continued shifting of the inner sleeve can cause the bottom flapper valve to close. A cementing operation can then be performed through the tool. Sealing elements can be located between the outside of the inner sleeve and inside of the outer sleeve. Sealing elements can also be located between the outside of the outer sleeve and the inside of a tool mandrel. The sealing elements can prevent debris from becoming lodged within the tool.

    摘要: A downhole sub has a body defined by a wall extending in an axial direction from a first end to a second end. An inner surface of the wall defines a flow path through the downhole sub and an outer surface of the wall defines an outer diameter of the downhole sub. A compartment extends from the outer surface into the wall to having a depth less than a thickness of the wall. A housing may be removably fixed in the compartment. One or more mobile devices may be disposed in the housing. Each of the one or more mobile devices includes a sensor encapsulated in a protective material. A control element may block an opening of the housing, the control element is made of a dissolvable material configured to dissolve at a predetermined depth in a wellbore and release the one or more mobile devices into the wellbore.
