摘要: The present invention is directed to a self-locking non-backdrivable gear system. The gear system may comprise a primary motor input and self-lubricating gear box. The primary motor input is for rotation of the gearbox about the axis of a drive shaft. The gearbox may comprise an input ring gear, one or more planet locking gears, fixed spur gear, and output spur gear. In operation, rotation of the primary motor input causes rotation of the ring gear which causes rotation of the planet locking gear which causes rotation of the output spur gear which causes rotation of the drive shaft. However, in the absence of rotation of the ring gear, a rotational force applied to the output spur gear causes the gear teeth on the fixed and output spur gears to lock the planet gear in place.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a double-speed electric winch and an operating method of the winch. The winch comprises two groups of planetary gears with different transmission ratios in a gearbox. The two groups of planetary gears have corresponding outer ring gears. The gearbox has a rotatable handle which has a locking head inserted in the gearbox. As the handle rotates, the locking head engages with the outer ring gears in different manners to provide a first rotating speed mode, a second rotating speed mode, and a disengaged mode.

摘要: A line puller designed to accept a Working line (15) through a Working Line Fairlead (14), directing the line around a Capstan (21), and through a brake (28). 摘要: A hoist apparatus including a hoist and control method are provided. The hoist includes a cable to which an object is connected, a motor, a drum to wind or unwind the cable in linkage with rotation of the motor, a pulley connected to the drum via the cable to guide the cable to the drum, and an angle detection assembly to detect an angle of the cable between the pulley and the object. A control unit detects whether the object shakes based on the angle of the cable and controls shaking restriction if shaking of the object is detected. User force and angle of the cable are detected and movement of the object is controlled, the object is easily moved by the user, auxiliary force is applied to the object, and vibration of the object is minimized.

摘要: A multi-speed winch is attached to a motor vehicle and is hydraulically powered by the vehicle's power steering system or other hydraulic source innate to the host vehicle. The winch operates in either a low-speed, high-torque mode for moving heavy loads, a high-speed, low-torque mode for quickly releasing or retrieving cable, a free-spooling mode for manually releasing cable, and a brake mode for holding the cable and load at a fixed position. The high-speed mode is enabled by coupling the drive shaft directly to the winch drum. The low-speed mode is enabled by coupling the drive shaft to the winch drum through a planetary gear assembly. In an alternate embodiment, high-speed mode is enabled by coupling the drive shaft to the winch drum through one of two planetary gear assemblies. Free-spooling mode is achieved by disengaging the drive shaft from the winch drum, and brake mode is achieved by engaging both the direct drive coupling and the sun and planet gear arrangement. The four operational modes are selected by four different combinations of positions of a direct drive selector handle (which determines the position of the coupling plate) and a gear reduction handle (which determines the position of the locking pin). In an alternative embodiment, the four operational modes are selected by four different combinations of positions of a direct drive solenoid and a gear reduction solenoid. A four-way, dual solenoid-operated valve controls the flow of pressurized hydraulic fluid to the winch motor.

摘要: Double-drum winch has a hook drum for actuating a hook through a hook wire wound around the hook drum and a boom drum for actuating a boom which supports the hook through a boom wire wound around the boom drum each rotatably mounted on a drum shaft, a first and a second planetary gear system each adapted to drive the hook drum and the boom drum by the drum shaft, respectively, a hook clutch for driving the hook drum through the first planetary gear system by the drum shaft when engaged and a hook brake for arresting the hook drum when engaged, a boom clutch for driving the boom drum through the second planetary gear system by the drum shaft when engaged and a boom brake for arresting the boom drum when engaged, a clutch mechanism including a forward driving connection clutch for driving the drum shaft in the forward direction, a reverse driving connection clutch for driving the drum shaft in the reverse direction and a plurality of different speed clutches for driving the drum shaft at different speeds. The hook drum and the boom drum can be actuated independently from each other in either of the forward and reverse directions at any of the different speeds by the selected operation of one or more of three manually controlled systems.
