    摘要: A multi-stage compressor includes a compression module configured to compress a refrigerant therein through reciprocation of a plurality of pistons provided in a front housing, a rear housing coupled to the front housing to define an internal space between the front housing and the rear housing; a separation plate located between the front housing and the rear housing to separate the internal space between the front housing and the rear housing into a front space and a rear space; and a partition wall coupled to the rear housing to partition the rear space into an injection space before a refrigerant injected thereinto is primarily compressed, a primary discharge space from which the refrigerant is discharged in a primary compressed state by some of the pistons, and a secondary discharge space from which the primary compressed refrigerant is discharged.

    摘要: A variable displacement swash plate compressor includes a housing, drive shaft, first and second radial bearings, swash plate, and actuator. The actuator includes a movable body and fixed body. The movable body includes a main portion and circumferential wall. The main portion includes an insertion hole. The housing includes an accommodation wall. A first clearance exists between the circumferential wall and fixed body. A second clearance exists between the drive shaft and wall of the insertion hole. A third clearance exists between the circumferential wall and accommodation wall. A fourth clearance exists between the drive shaft and first radial bearing. A fifth clearance exists between the drive shaft and second radial bearing. The first and second clearances differ in size. The sum of the third clearance and the smaller one of the first and second clearances is larger than the fourth and fifth clearances.

    摘要: A variable displacement compressor is disclosed. The compressor includes a crankcase for receiving a fluid. The crankcase has a plurality of compression chambers in which the fluid is compressed. A plurality of pistons disposed within the crankcase and are configured for reciprocal movement within the plurality of chambers to compress and pump the fluid. Further, a rotor assembly having a drive shaft and a rotor, wherein the rotor has a first pivot arm support member extending from a first surface of the rotor. A sleeve is slidably engaged with the drive shaft and configured for axial movement along a longitudinal axis of the drive shaft. A swash ring is coupled to the plurality of pistons and to the rotor by means of a pivot arm. Rotary motion of the swash ring and rotor causes reciprocal motion of the plurality of pistons within the plurality of chambers.

    摘要: A reciprocating piston type refrigerant compressor is disclosed which includes a compressor housing having a cylinder block provided with a plurality of cylinders and a crank chamber adjacent the cylinder block. A piston slides within each cylinder and is reciprocated by a wobble plate driven by a cam rotor. A drive shaft is connected to the cam rotor to drive the cam rotor. A front end plate is disposed on an opening of the crank chamber; the front end plate rotatably supports the drive shaft. A rear end plate is fixed on the opposite end of the compressor housing together with a valve plate which includes a suction chamber and a discharge chamber. The rear end plate is provided with a plurality of dead space chambers, each of which is connected with one of the cylinders through a hole formed through the valve plate. A valve is slidably disposed within the dead space chamber to control the opening and closing of the hole in the valve plate. The valve is controlled by a valve control device supported by the rear end plate. The valve control device is responsive to the environment to adjust the capacity of the compressor by controlling the operation of the valves.

    摘要: A capacity control valve device for a variable capacity swash plate compressor which includes at least one piston, a suction port, a suction chamber, and a refrigerant inlet passage communicating the suction port with the suction chamber, in which each piston has its stroke changed to control delivery quantity of the compressor. The control valve device is arranged at an intermediate portion of the refrigerant inlet passage, for controlling differential pressure between the suction port and the suction chamber. The control valve device includes a valve element, a first urging member for urging the valve element in a valve-opening direction, an accumulator for accumulating high-pressure refrigerant gas having higher pressure than pressure within the suction chamber to build up pressure therein for urging the valve element in a valve-closing direction, a high-pressure passage for introducing the high-pressure refrigerant gas into the accumulator, and a pilot valve arranged at an intermediate portion of the high-pressure passage for controlling a flow rate of the high-pressure refrigerant gas into the accumulator in dependence on the pressure in the suction port. The pilot valve has a valve element, and a second urging member for urging the valve element in a valve-closing direction. The control valve device comprises a pressure control passage opened by the pilot valve for permitting the high-pressure refrigerant gas accumulated within the accumulator to escape, when the pilot valve operates in the valve-closing direction.
