    摘要: A variable capacity swash plate type compressor includes: a cylinder block forming a plurality of cylinder bores; a first housing connected to the cylinder block and forming a crank chamber; a second housing; a drive shaft; a rotor mounted on the drive shaft to rotate with the drive shaft; a swash plate connected to the rotor by a hinge mechanism to rotate together with the rotor; and a plurality of pistons that are respectively disposed in the plurality of the cylinder bores and are connected the swash plate to undergo a linear reciprocating motion by a rotational motion of the swash plate. The hinge mechanism includes: a guide groove provided in the rotor; a connecting arm connected to the swash plate and having a cylindrical receiving space; and a cylindrical guide roller that is disposed in the receiving space in a state of being arranged in the guide groove.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing a durable semispherical shoe which can be prevented from being subjected to seizure even in a dry lubrication state in which there is no lubricating oil at a start time of an operation of a swash plate compressor, can be restrained from deteriorating in its lubricating property due to generated frictional heat, and can be restrained from deteriorating in its strength at a production time and an injection molding die. A semispherical shoe (4), for a swash plate compressor, to be produced by the production method has a base material (5), consisting of a hard material, which has a hollow part along a central axis thereof and a resin layer, consisting of a resin composition, which is formed on a surface of a planar part, disposed on a periphery of the base member, which is to be subjected to sliding contact with the swash plate and on a surface of a spherical part, disposed on the periphery thereof, which is to be subjected to sliding contact with a piston. A resin-filled portion (8) where the resin composition is filled and an empty portion where the resin composition is not filled are formed in the hollow part of the base material. The resin-filled portion (8) and the resin layer are formed by injecting and filling the resin composition into a portion to be formed as the resin-filled portion (8) with the base material (5) being disposed inside a cavity (22) of the injection molding die.

The displacement control valve controls a pressure in the control pressure chamber. The displacement control valve includes a driving force transmission rod, a valve chamber, a guide wall, and a back pressure chamber. The back pressure chamber is in communication with the valve chamber through a clearance between the guide wall and the driving force transmission rod. The narrowing portion has a passage cross-sectional area that is larger than a passage cross-sectional area of the clearance.

    摘要: Examples of a lever-driven pumping system are described. The lever-driven pumping system can comprise a motor that is configured to provide an input energy to drive a crank shaft, a positive displacement pump with at least one piston and a pump chamber arranged in a pump housing, and a lever driver with at least one lever that has a load end in communication to the crank shaft and a force end in communication with the at least one piston. A fulcrum point of the lever is formed at a predefined distance from the load end and the force end so that a distance from the fulcrum to the load end is greater than a distance from the fulcrum to the force end. A load connector is configured to connect the load end of the at least one lever to the crank shaft while a force connector is configured to connect the force end of the at least one lever to the piston rod. An output energy provided at the force end of the at least one lever and thus the output energy of the pumping system is amplified by the at least one lever and is greater than the input energy provided by the motor at the load end of the at least one lever.

A third clearance exists between the circumferential wall and accommodation wall. A fourth clearance exists between the drive shaft and first radial bearing. A fifth clearance exists between the drive shaft and second radial bearing. The first and second clearances differ in size. The sum of the third clearance and the smaller one of the first and second clearances is larger than the fourth and fifth clearances.
