摘要: A compressor includes a cylinder housing having a number of pistons, a control chamber communicating with piston casings, a suction chamber and a discharge chamber communicating with the piston casings, a control valve includes a receptacle engaged in the cylinder housing, a valve member engaged in the receptacle for controlling the pressurized air to flow from the discharge chamber into the control chamber of the cylinder housing, and a valve element for controlling a bypass of the pressurized air through the receptacle. A bellow device is connected to actuate the sliding member internally, and a sliding member is slidably engaged in the control space of the receptacle, and to operate the valve element externally with a solenoid device.

摘要: A variable displacement swash compressor includes a housing, a drive shaft, a swash plate, a link mechanism, pistons, a conversion mechanism, an actuator, and a control mechanism. The housing includes a suction chamber, a discharge chamber, a swash plate chamber, and cylinder bores. The control mechanism controls the actuator. The actuator includes a partitioning body, a movable body, and a control pressure chamber. At least one of the suction chamber and the swash plate chamber is a low pressure chamber. The control mechanism includes a control passage, which connects the control pressure chamber, the low pressure chamber, and the discharge chamber, and a control valve, which adjusts the open degree of the control passage. The control passage is partially formed in the drive shaft. The movable body increases the inclination angle of the swash plate when the pressure of the control pressure chamber increases.

摘要: An axial piston pump has a swash-plate construction, in particular for hydraulic systems. A cylinder drum (3) can be rotationally driven about a rotational axis (7) in a pump housing (1). Pistons (9) are axially displaceable and support at their actuation ends a swash plate (15). The swash plate can be pivoted by an adjusting device (21) to the desired angles of inclination relative to the rotational axis (7) for adjusting the stroke of the pistons (9) and the fluid pressure generated. The adjusting device has an adjusting piston (35) in a hydraulically actuated adjusting cylinder (31). Their movement can be transmitted to the swash plate (15) by a driven connection having a pivot joint (37, 39; 29, 43). The pivot joint is formed by a ball joint (37, 39) arranged between the piston (35) and the piston rod (41) of the adjusting cylinder (31).

摘要: A variable displacement type swash plate compressor includes a housing having therein a suction chamber, a discharge chamber, a control pressure chamber, a shaft hole, and cylinder bores. The compressor further has a drive shaft, a swash plate, an inclination angle changing mechanism, pistons, introduction passages, and a valve mechanism. The valve mechanism includes a valve element is disposed in a passage connecting the control pressure chamber and the suction chamber. The valve element is integrally rotatable with the drive shaft and axially movable by a pressure difference across the valve element. An opening of the residual gas bypass passage is changed by the axial movement of the valve element. The valve element selectively connects and disconnects the introduction passages with the residual gas bypass passage.

The connecting mechanism includes first and second arms, a traction portion, and a link pin. The first and second arms have first and second guide surfaces that are placed in contact with the link pin. The link pin is held by the traction portion so as to be rollable on the first and second guide surfaces, respectively. A restrictor is provided on the ling pin or in the first and second arms so as to prevent the link pin from moving in a direction of an axis thereof.

摘要: In a variable displacement type swash plate compressor, a connecting mechanism that connects a movable body and a swash plate includes a first arm having a first guide surface and a second arm having a second guide surface. The first and second arms extend from the movable body toward the swash plate and disposed on opposite sides of an imaginary plane that is defined to extend passing through a top dead center portion and an axis of rotation. The first arm and the second arm have a first opening and a second opening, respectively, that are open in a direction opposite to a direction in which a link pin moves on the first guide surface and the second guide surface with an increase of the inclination angle of the swash plate.
