Abstract: A display substrate, a display panel and a display apparatus are provided. The display substrate comprises a base substrate, which includes a display area and a non-display area on one side of the display area; an encapsulation dam in the non-display area and arranged around the display area, where an organic insulating layer has a groove structure on the side of the packaging dam away from the display area; and a touch structure, which is located on the side of the organic insulating layer facing away from the base substrate, and which comprises a plurality of touch lines extending to the non-display area; an inorganic insulating layer has a hollow structure on the side of the packaging dam away from the display area, and the hollow structure covers the groove structure and does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the plurality of touch lines.

An orthographic projection of the flexibly layer on the substrate is not overlapped with the opening regions. An orthographic project of at least one light-transmitting film layer on the substrate covers the opening regions. Orthographic projections of the cathodes on the substrate are not overlapped with the opening regions.

Abstract: An optical compensation system for a laser beam and an excimer laser annealing device are provided in the present disclosure. The optical compensation system for the laser beam includes a laser source, a beam splitter and a reversion assembly. The laser beam emitted by the laser source enters the beam splitter, and is divided by the beam splitter into a first light beam and a second light beam having different transmission paths. The second light beam is reversed and reflected by the reversion assembly, enters the beam splitter, and exits from the beam splitter together with the first light beam. An asymmetry of the second light beam reversed by the reversion assembly is different from an asymmetry of the first light beam.

Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel; a display circuit board, a first end of which is electrically connected to the display panel; a touch circuit board, a first end of which is electrically connected to the display panel; a support layer disposed on a surface of the display panel; and a first heat dissipation layer and a second heat dissipation layer. The first heat dissipation layer and the second heat dissipation layer are respectively disposed on opposite sides of a surface of the support layer facing away from the display panel. A second end of the display circuit board and a second end of the touch circuit board are respectively disposed on the first heat dissipation layer and the second heat dissipation layer. A connecting member for electrically connecting the first heat dissipation layer and the second heat dissipation layer is provided between the first and second heat dissipation layers.
