摘要: Provided are a pixel circuit and a drive method therefor, a display panel and a display device. The pixel circuit includes: a light emitting device; a drive transistor configured to generate, according to a data voltage, a drive current for driving the light emitting device to emit light; a data writing circuit coupled to the drive transistor, where the data writing circuit is configured to input the data voltage in response to a signal applied to the data writing circuit; and a voltage control circuit coupled to the drive transistor, where the voltage control circuit is configured to reset a control electrode, a first electrode and a second electrode of the drive transistor in response to a signal applied to the voltage control circuit before the data voltage is input.

摘要: An optical compensation system for a laser beam and an excimer laser annealing device are provided in the present disclosure. The optical compensation system for the laser beam includes a laser source, a beam splitter and a reversion assembly. The laser beam emitted by the laser source enters the beam splitter, and is divided by the beam splitter into a first light beam and a second light beam having different transmission paths. The second light beam is reversed and reflected by the reversion assembly, enters the beam splitter, and exits from the beam splitter together with the first light beam. An asymmetry of the second light beam reversed by the reversion assembly is different from an asymmetry of the first light beam.

摘要: The present application provides a display panel, a manufacturing method, a detection method, and a display device. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The non-display area includes: a crack detection line surrounding the display area; a screen control line; a plurality of switch signal lines; and a plurality of detection switches electrically connected at different positions to the crack detection line. Each detection switch is also connected to the screen control line and a respective switch signal line, and allows conduction between the crack detection line and the screen control line based on the switch signal input by the switch signal line, such that the screen control line drives the display panel to display according to the test signal input by the crack detection line.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing an OLED display panel, a display panel and a display device. A method of manufacturing an OLED display panel, comprising: providing a backplane, wherein a light-emitting layer is provided on the backplane, and an encapsulation layer is provided on the light-emitting layer; forming an organic layer on a side of the encapsulation layer away from the light-emitting layer using an organic material; patterning the organic layer to form a first region covered by the organic layer and a second region not covered by the organic layer on the encapsulation layer; etching the organic layer in the first region to form a plurality of pits on a surface of the organic layer away from the encapsulation layer; filling the plurality of pits with a metal to form a black mask layer; forming a color film layer in the second region; and forming a planar layer covering the color film layer and the black mask layer.
