Abstract: Methods, systems and apparatus for a user equipment to mitigate interference in a wireless charging state. The user equipment may determine when the user equipment enters a wireless charging state and, when the user equipment enters the wireless charging state, activate an interference mitigation. The user equipment may further determine when the UE exits the wireless charging state and, when the user equipment exits the wireless charging state, deactivate the interference mitigation.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for a UE of a wireless communication network to recover from MCG radio link failures in a MR-DC system when the SCG is deactivated or otherwise not enabled. When a MCG link failure is detected and the SCG is deactivated, the UE may activate the SCG for the UE to use the SCG link to transmit and receive signaling messages or data as part of the MCG failure recovery procedure. When the MCG link failure is detected and the UE is configured to add the SCG upon the satisfaction of certain condition, but the condition has not occurred, the UE may check to determine whether one condition is MCG failure and whether the radio link quality of the SCG exceeds a threshold. If the radio link quality of the SCG exceeds the threshold, the UE may apply the SCG configuration to add the SCG.

The receives SNPN information from one or more broadcast messages transmitted from a base station serving as an onboarding base station for the SNPN, determines whether the onboarding base station may be used for onboarding by the UE based on the SNPN information and UE SNPN information stored at the UE and onboards the UE to the SNPN when it is determined that the onboarding base station may be used for onboarding by the UE.

The UE receives a connection accept message from the base station, where the connection accept message includes one or more network capability indications corresponding to respective UE capability indications of the one or more UE capability indications. The UE performs communications with the base station according to the one or more network capability indications.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink message from a non-terrestrial network (NTN) which may include one or more sets of terrestrial network (TN) cell reselection information. The one or more sets of TN cell reselection information may further include location information corresponding to one or more cells of the TN. The UE may determine its location and, in response to receiving the downlink message, compare its location to the location information corresponding to the one or more cells of the TN. The UE may then select, based on the comparison, a set of the one or more sets of TN cell reselection information and further perform a cell reselection procedure based on the selection.

Abstract: Systems and methods for small data transmissions (SDTs) between a user equipment (UE) and a network are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the UE determines whether to perform an SDT procedure by comparing its own mobility state to an SDT mobility state condition provided by the network. The UE may also determine whether to perform the SDT procedure by comparing the size of user plane (UP) data to be sent with the SDT procedure to an SDT mobility-based data amount threshold provided by the network. Upon entering an RRC_INACTIVE state, the UE may start a validity timer relative to any such SDT mobility state condition and/or SDT mobility-based data amount threshold, and invalidate these once the validity timer expires. In some disclosed embodiments, the UE reports its determined mobility state to the network during an SDT procedure so that the network can accordingly select configuration parameters for SDT procedures.

The UE performs communications with a first cellular network using the first SIM and a first radio resource control (RRC) connection, and receives a request to perform a higher priority communication using the second SIM. In response to the request to perform the higher priority communication, the UE transmits a request to the first network to suspend the first RRC connection. After transmission of the request to suspend the first RRC connection, the UE receives a message from the first network to place the first RRC connection in an inactive state, and initiates a timer, wherein the timer is used to determine whether the first RRC connection remains in the inactive state or transitions to an idle state.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) monitoring for a page in a 5G network. The UE monitoring a paging occasion corresponding to the UE in a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) to determine whether the paging occasion includes paging downlink control information (DCI), when the PDCCH includes the paging DCI, decoding the paging DCI to determine whether the paging DCI includes scheduling information for a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH), determining, based on at least the scheduling information, whether to receive the PDSCH in a scheduled slot that is offset N slots from a scheduled slot in which the paging DCI is received and when it is determined to receive the PDSCH, decoding the PDSCH.
