    摘要: To assemble a belt including a plurality of elements and a ring for fastening the element efficiently. A belt assembling apparatus for fastening a plurality of plate-like elements being juxtaposed in a same orientation annularly by a ring includes a load applying mechanism, which applies a load to the ring or to the elements which have already been fastened by the ring during a process of fastening the elements sequentially by the ring, thereby widening a clearance in an array of the elements being fastened by the ring. Therefore, the clearance to which the last piece of the element to be fastened by the ring is inserted can be widened relatively so that the element is allowed to be inserted into the clearance easily.

A driving belt, in which two rows of endless rings are accommodated parallel to each other in a recess of a plurality of elements interlinked annularly in a manner to situate the recess to open to an outer circumferential side, includes a guide face, which is formed on an end face of a protruding portion for holding the ring to prevent detachment of the ring from the recess. The guide face produces an inward component of a pushing force pushing one of the rings to one of the end faces, and the produced inward component of pushing force is applied to an outer lateral side of the pushed ring.

    摘要: In the telemedical system securely sharing encryption keys for enabling secure exchange of the encrypted biological data between the measurement terminal and the server to prevent the data from being stolen by the malicious third party, a service key is transferred to the second adapter attached to a measurement terminal from the server via the first adapter attached to the management apparatus. First, the first adapter attached to the management apparatus receives the service key from the server. Next, the first adapter is temporarily detached from the management apparatus and is attached to the measurement terminal to store the symmetric key. The first adapter is detached from the measurement terminal, and is attached to the management apparatus again. The service key received in the first adapter is encrypted using the symmetric key, and the encrypted key is transmitted to the second adapter attached to the measurement terminal.
