摘要: The object of the present invention is to improve the production efficiency by making its bonding process unnecessary to simplify the production process. The method of production comprises the step of integrally incorporating a magnetic material when the stationary holders 21 and 22 of the stationary member and the movable holder 31 of the movable member 30 are molded with a non-magnetic material such as a plastic material and the like. Therefore, a magnet unit in which the stationary magnets 23 and 24 or the movable magnet 32 is integrally incorporated into the stationary holders 21 and 22 or the movable holder 31 can be provided only by giving magnetization treatment on the magnetic material without using a bonding process.

摘要: A magneto-spring structure includes a lower frame and an upper frame vertically movably mounted on the lower frame via a link mechanism. The upper and lower frames have respective permanent magnets secured thereto, with like magnetic pole opposed to each other. The link mechanism includes a plurality of links and a connecting member for rotatably connecting them via a bearing. The links are made of non-magnetic material, while the bearing is made of ferromagnetic material.

摘要: A vibration generating mechanism includes first and second permanent magnets spaced from each other with the same magnetic poles opposed to each other, and an electromotive actuator for driving the first permanent magnet. The electromotive actuator moves the first permanent magnet periodically and reciprocatingly relative to the second permanent magnet to change the opposing area of the first and second permanent magnets thereby causing the second permanent magnet to vibrate relative to the first permanent magnet.

摘要: To expand a body weight adjustment range and achieve thinning. An initial position adjusting member 15 which can adjust initial resilient forces of two torsion bars 31, 41 is provided. Therefore, a body weight adjustment range is expanded as compared with a conventional configuration where a resilient force of only one torsion bar is adjusted. Since a moving magnet unit 52 is provided such that a moving direction of a moving body coincides with an approximately perpendicular direction to a mutual displacement direction of an upper frame 10 relative to a lower frame 20, the thickness (height) of a fixed magnet unit 51 is made thin as compared with a case where the moving magnet unit is provided such that the moving direction of the moving body coincides with approximately the same direction as the mutual displacement direction of the upper frame relative to the lower frame, so that the thickness of the whole seat suspension at a position at which the upper frame 10 has come closest to the lower frame 20 (a lower limit position) can be made thin.

摘要: Follow-up performance to respiratory movements is made higher than that of the prior art without obstructing movements of the pelvis of a person. A configuration is adopted that a cushioning member arrangement frame for a seat back 34, 140 and a cushioning member arrangement frame for a seat cushion are displaced according to load fluctuation to a cushioning member for a seat back 40, 150 or a cushioning member for a seat cushion 20. That is, such a configuration is adopted that the cushioning member arrangement frame for a seat back 34, 140 or the cushioning member for a seat cushion 20 not only moves according to load fluctuation but also frames themselves supporting them move via tension structure members spread over the frames (a cushioning member for a seat back and a cushioning member for a seat cushion). Accordingly, when a person lays his/her pelvis at his/her sitting position for deep breathing, the cushioning member arrangement frame for a seat back is displaced to push the vicinity of an upper portion of the cushioning member for a seat back, so that the vicinity of a lower portion of the cushioning member for a seat back is pushed forward to enrich support of the sacrum of the person.

In a seat cushion of a vehicle seat, a first human body support portion having a center at a position corresponding to a substantially center between the pair of ischial tuberosities of a human body, and a second human body support portion corresponding to the vicinities of femoral bases of a human body and having a center at a position located forward at a horizontal distance of 100 mm along a longitudinally center line of the seat cushion from the first human body support portion are regarded respectively as spring elements, and static spring constants and dynamic spring constants thereof are set to a predetermined relationship. Thus, stability and vibration absorbency during static seating are improved.

摘要: To promote bloodstream and reduce fatigue, a seat structure makes a slight sitting posture change by adding a minute body motion with no necessity of moving a cushion frame or a seat frame although it realizes a supporting pressure change at a wide area, not locally, in a seat cushion or a seat back. The seat structure includes a cushioning member for a seat cushion stretched across the cushion frame, and a cushioning member for a seat back stretched across the back frame. The seat structure includes: a lower cloth spring of a seat cushion or a cloth spring of a seat back stretched across the cushion frame or the back frame via a torsion bar; and a cloth spring adjusting member to change a supporting pressure by both cushioning members by adjusting tension of the lower cloth spring or the cloth spring.

摘要: In order to improve seating comfort and vibration absorbency, a structure including a first torsion bar unit 70 disposed in the rear of a seat cushion, and a second torsion bar unit 80 disposed in the front of the seat cushion, and a base net 60 stretched between a rear supporting frame 74 of the first torsion bar unit 70 and a front supporting frame 84 of the second torsion bar unit 80, is provided. Owing to the elastic force of a front torsion bar 81 of the second torsion bar unit 80 positioned in the front of the seat, a sense of stroke at the time of seating is enhanced. Owing to the elastic force of a rear torsion bar 71 of the first torsion bar unit 70 positioned in the rear of the seat, similarly to the conventional structure, a load of a seated person can be sufficiently received and a stable seating comfort can be obtained. Since both the first torsion bar unit 70 and the second torsion bar unit 80 work together to dampen vibration inputted during driving, vibration absorbency is more enhanced than ever.
