摘要: A magneto-spring structure includes a lower frame and an upper frame vertically movably mounted on the lower frame via a link mechanism. The upper and lower frames have respective permanent magnets secured thereto, with like magnetic pole opposed to each other. The link mechanism includes a plurality of links and a connecting member for rotatably connecting them via a bearing. The links are made of non-magnetic material, while the bearing is made of ferromagnetic material.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to suppress rebound of a human body by making a reaction force small due to a large damping ratio. A bulging portion 11 is formed at a seat cushioning member 14 which is a tension structure. This structure has a structure of changing the damping characteristics functioned by the change in strain energy and tension by deformation created by a plane wave of the tension structure in accordance with the magnitude of the excitation force of an inputted vibration. Therefore, since the damping characteristics function with a small damping ratio to an input of a small excitation force, it can relieve the vibration with a phase difference due to the spring property of the seat cushioning member 14 and/or a back cushioning member 24, and to an input of a large excitation force, by increase of the strain energy and decrease of the tension, the damping characteristics function with a large damping ratio and a long operating time, so that rebound of a human body upward can be suppressed.

摘要: A seat includes a seat cushion frame, a seat back frame mounted to the seat cushion frame, and at least one three-dimensional net having upper and lower mesh layers and a pile layer made up of a large number of piles for connecting the upper and lower mesh layers. The three-dimensional net is stretched over substantially the entire region of the seat cushion frame and the seat back frame, thereby forming a seat cushion and a seat back. The three-dimensional net has a fixed end at a front end portion of the seat cushion and another fixed end at an upper end portion of the seat back. The seat also includes a first tension member attached to the three-dimensional net at a location adjacent to a central portion thereof for imparting tension thereto, and a second tension member attached to another portion of the three-dimensional net for fastening it to at least one of the seat cushion frame and the seat back frame.

摘要: A seat cushion of a vehicle seat has a base seat whose front end is anchored to a front frame of a frame for a sitting portion, and whose rear end is connected to a rear frame of the frame for a sitting portion via helical tension springs. A supporter, supported via helical tension springs at a pair of left and right side frames of the frame for a sitting portion, is disposed at a lower side of the base seat so as to support a femoral region of a seated person. The supporter and the helical tension springs structure an auxiliary vibration system whose mass element is a femoral region of a seated person. The auxiliary vibration system is made to function as a dynamic vibration absorber with respect to up-down vibrations of a main vibration system whose mass element is an upper body of a seated person.

摘要: A suspension unit includes a lower frame, an upper frame vertically movably mounted on the lower frame, and two link mechanisms disposed on respective sides of the upper and lower frames for connecting them to each other. Each of the two link mechanisms includes a parallel link mechanism having two arms extending generally parallel to each other and a pantograph-shaped link mechanism having a plurality of arms. The suspension unit further includes two permanent magnets each fixedly mounted on one of the upper and lower frames with like magnetic poles opposed to each other, a metallic spring engaged with one of the pantograph-shaped link mechanisms, and a shock absorber engaged with the other of the pantograph-shaped link mechanisms that has spring properties. With such construction, vibration below a predetermined amplitude is absorbed by the spring properties of the other of the pantograph-shaped link mechanisms with the shock absorber not operated.

摘要: A seat structure capable of dealing with both a normal posture and a resting posture and providing sufficient relaxation in the resting posture while ensuring excellent comfortableness of an occupant.According to the present invention, a back frame 20 itself is fixed to a frame support 10 but a cushion frame 30 shifts from a first position A to a second position B according to an occupant's movement and an inclination angle of a pelvis support 31 increases accordingly. The occupant's pelvis portion and a portion lower than the pelvis portion is moved forward but a part of his or her back above his or her breast is not varied. With this structure, the same effect of the resting posture, that is, the posture in which the back frame is reclined in a conventional seat structure, can be obtained. Since the back is not tilted backward, a leg room (footrest) space in a rear seat is not limited.
