Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for reporting a touch event, and a mobile terminal. The method for reporting a touch event includes: receiving touch data collected by an inductance capacitance touch screen; and encapsulating the touch data collected by the inductance capacitance touch screen into a touch event corresponding to a mutual capacitive touch screen and reporting the touch event to an application program. With the present invention, the touch data collected by the inductance capacitance touch screen is encapsulated into the touch event corresponding to the mutual capacitive touch screen and the touch event is reported, thereby solving the problem that an application program of an earlier version cannot be used when a mobile terminal can receive only the touch data collected by the inductance capacitance touch screen.

Abstract: A random access method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: a terminal device obtains a position of the terminal device and a position of a network device, the terminal device determines a time adjustment value based on the position of the terminal device and the position of the network device, and the terminal device sends a random access preamble based on the time adjustment value and a random access channel (RACH) resource configured by the network device. Based on this solution, the terminal device may determine the time adjustment value based on the position of the terminal device and the position of the network device, and adjust a time for sending the random access preamble on the RACH resource. This helps avoid a problem that random access preamble receiving time windows overlap, thereby increasing a success rate of accessing the network device by the terminal device.

Abstract: This application provides an angle positioning method, apparatus, and device. The method includes: A terminal device receives configuration information from the network device, where the configuration information includes reference signal configuration information and information about an association between N sets of frequency information and M sets of beam information. Then, the terminal device receives a reference signal corresponding to the reference signal configuration information, to obtain a measurement result, where the measurement result is obtained by measuring the reference signal based on an association relationship between frequency information and beam information. Finally, the terminal device reports the measurement result to the network device.

Abstract: A communication method and a communication apparatus. The method includes: sending first indication information to a terminal device, where the first indication information indicates one or more wake-up resources; receiving second indication information from a core network device, where the second indication information indicates to wake up the terminal device; determining a first wake-up resource based on the one or more wake-up resources; and sending wake-up information to the terminal device on the first wake-up resource, where the wake-up information is used to wake up the terminal device to receive a paging message or is used to wake up the terminal device to initiate random access. This can ensure that the terminal device can always monitor the wake-up information when there is wake-up signal coverage, and a problem of high-power consumption of the terminal device in a paging process is further resolved.
