    Abstract: A cell selection method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: performing, by a terminal, cell measurement; obtaining, by the terminal, cell selection auxiliary information; and performing, by the terminal, cell selection or cell reselection according to a cell measurement result and the cell selection auxiliary information. By using the method, the terminal can select a more suitable cell.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgement information and a device to provide a manner of performing HARQ feedback in a Licensed Assisted Access-Long Term Evolution (LAA-LTE) system. The method for transmitting HARQ acknowledgement information includes sending, by a network device, first information to user equipment, where the first information indicates a subframe to be used by the user equipment to send the HARQ acknowledgement information to the network device on an unlicensed carrier, and receiving, by the network device in the subframe indicated by the first information, the HARQ acknowledgement information from the user equipment.

    Abstract: This application discloses a data receiving method, which may be applied to Internet of Vehicles, for example, V2X, LTE-V, and V2V. A first terminal apparatus may receive first control information from a second terminal apparatus, then receive second control information from the second terminal apparatus based on the first control information, and further receive, based on the first control information and the second control information, data sent by the second terminal apparatus. Therefore, the second control information and the data can be received after blind detection is performed on the first control information for a relatively small quantity of times, thereby improving efficiency of receiving the second control information and the data.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a random access method, a terminal device, and a network device. The method includes: A terminal device sends random access information to a network device. The random access information is used to indicate a quantity of sending times of the random access information sent by the terminal device to the network device; or the random access information is used to indicate a random access response window length corresponding to the random access information, and the random access response window length is configurable. The terminal device detects a random access response in a random access response window. According to the random access method, the terminal device, and the network device provided in the embodiments of this application, the random access response window length can flexibly vary with the quantity of sending times of the random access information, to meet requirements of different unlicensed spectrum systems.
