摘要: A high voltage battery for vehicles is provided and includes an electrode tab that is divided into a first part disposed substantially adjacent to a battery cell and a second part disposed substantially adjacent to a terminal. A first part extension extends from the first part and is fixed to a lower pouch and a second part extension extends from the second part and is fixed to an upper pouch. A conductive polymer layer bonds the first part extension and the second part extension to each other and conducts electricity between the first part extension and the second part extension.

Particularly, the method of producing lithium sulfide (Li2S) includes preparing a starting material including a metal oxide by subjecting a mixed powder including an inorganic compound containing lithium and oxygen, a metal reducing agent, and sulfur (S) to synthesis reaction using mechanical force, preparing a mixed solution by mixing the starting material and a solvent, and obtaining a lithium sulfide (Li2S) powder by removing the metal oxide from the mixed solution and then performing drying.

摘要: The present invention provides a silicon nanowire structure embedded in nickel silicide nanowires for lithium-based battery anodes and anodes including the same. In particular, a Si nanowire structure embedded in NiSix nanowires according to the present invention may provide a solution to a problem, such as disconnection of Si nanowires from a current collector shown when the Si nanowires are expanded by alloying with Li or contracted during the use of a battery, and the like, by flexibly embedding the Si nanowires in the NiSix nanowires.
