    摘要: The present invention relates to a broadband wireless access system, and more specifically, to a structure of an efficient signaling header. A method for transmitting data from a transmission terminal to a receiving terminal, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: creating a medium access control protocol data unit (MAC PDU) comprising a medium access control header (MAC header); and transmitting said MAC PDU to said receiving terminal, wherein said medium access control header comprises a first flow identifier field, an extended header field for indicating whether or not an extended header is included in said MAC PDU, and a length field for indicating the length of said MAC PDU. When said medium access control header is a signaling header, said first flow identifier field is set to a specific value indicating that said medium access control header is said signaling header, and signaling content information can be included in said extended header field and said length field.
