Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of communication technologies, and discloses a polar coding/decoding method and apparatus, to improve sequence lookup efficiency. The method includes: obtaining a first sequence from a polar code construction sequence table based on a coding parameter, where the polar code construction sequence table includes at least one coding parameter and at least one sequence corresponding to the at least one coding parameter, the at least one coding parameter is mapped to the at least one sequence in a one-to-one manner, the first sequence is one of the at least one sequence; selecting serial numbers of K polarized channels from the first sequence based on a rate matching scheme and/or a reliability order; placing to-be-coded bits based on the selected serial numbers of the K polarized channels; and performing polar coding, to obtain a coded bit sequence.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method for coding in a wireless communication network. A communication device interleave a first bit sequence to obtain a first interleaved sequence having sequence number starting with a sequence number of 0, wherein the first bit sequence comprises bits for indicating timing, wherein the bits for indicating timing comprises a set of bits for indicating synchronization signal block index (SSBI); wherein the set of bits for indicating SSBI are placed in positions indicated by sequence numbers of 2, 3 and 5 in the first interleaved sequence. The devices add d first CRC bits on the first interleaved sequence to obtain a second bit sequence, interleave on the second bit sequence according to an interleave pattern to obtain a second interleaved sequence, and polar encode the second interleaved sequence to obtain the encoded sequence.

Abstract: Example information transmission methods and devices are disclosed. One example method is applied to a network device and includes determining CRC bits of to-be-sent information bits, concatenating the CRC bits and the to-be-sent information bits to obtain a first information sequence, and interleaving bits in the first information sequence in an interleaving manner or scrambling the bits in the first information sequence in a scrambling manner, to obtain a second information sequence, to ensure that bits at locations of the CRC bits after a cyclic shift cannot check bits at locations of the to-be-sent information bits after the cyclic shift. A cyclic shift is performed on the second information sequence to obtain a third information sequence, where a quantity of cyclically shifted bits is used to carry information about some bits of a system frame number, and the third information sequence is sent.

Abstract: The application provides manner for communicating channel state information (CSI) in a communication network. A preset length is used for equalizing lengths of CSI to be reported. The preset length is determined based on a quantity of CSI-reference signal (RS) ports. A communication device determines whether a total length of one or more indication information items to be included in the CSI is less than the preset length. If the total length of the one or more indication information items to be included in the CSI is less than the preset length, the communication device adds one or more padding bits, to obtain a CSI bit sequence including the one or more indication information items and the one or more padding bits. A total length of the CSI bit sequence is consistent with the preset length. The communication device then outputs the CSI bit sequence.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an encoding and decoding method and device in wireless communications between network devices and user equipment. The encoding method includes: obtaining, by a transmit end, a post-polar-encoding data length corresponding to to-be-encoded data; segmenting, by the transmit end, the to-be-encoded data into at least one code block based on the post-encoding data length and a preset threshold; and performing, by the transmit end, polar encoding on each code block, and transmitting encoded data to a receive end. The embodiments of this application avoid a data transmission performance loss caused by an excessive quantity of segments.
