    Abstract: A building system for operating a building and managing building information causes one or more processors to receive building data from one or more building data sources, generate relationships between entities based on the building data, wherein the relationships comprises a pair of relationships between a first entity and a second entity of the entities representing two different types of relationships, wherein the pair of relationships comprises a first relationship between the first entity and the second entity and a second relationship between the second entity and the first entity, and update a space graph by causing the space graph to store nodes representing the entities and edges between the nodes representing the relationships, wherein the space graph is a graph data structure.

    Abstract: A method performed by a Building Management System (BMS) includes receiving a vibration dataset associated with a machine controlled by the BMS. The vibration dataset includes machine metadata, machine operating conditions, and one or more time waveforms. The method further includes assembling a feature vector comprising one or more features of the vibration dataset for input to a machine learning model. The machine learning model is associated with a component of the machine. The method further includes applying the feature vector to the machine learning model in order to generate a condition score for the component. The method further includes scheduling a maintenance event for the machine or changing a setpoint associated with the machine depending on the condition score.

    Abstract: A building management system (BMS) includes building equipment configured to provide raw data samples of one or more data points in the BMS. The BMS further includes a data collector configured to collect raw data samples from the building equipment and generate one or more raw data timeseries comprising a plurality of the raw data samples. The BMS also includes a timeseries processing engine. The timeseries processing engine is configured to identify one or more timeseries processing workflows that apply to the raw data timeseries, each of the workflows comprising a predefined sequence of timeseries processing operation. The timeseries processing engine is further configured to process the raw data timeseries using the identified timeseries processing workflows to generate one or more derived data timeseries. The BMS further includes a timeseries storage interface configured to store the raw data timeseries and the derived data timeseries in a timeseries database.

    Abstract: A model predictive maintenance (MPM) system for building equipment. The MPM system includes an equipment controller configured to operate the building equipment to affect a variable state or condition in a building. The MPM system includes an operational cost predictor configured to predict a cost of operating the building equipment over a duration of an optimization period. The MPM system includes a budget manager configured to generate one or more budget constraints. The MPM system includes an objective function optimizer configured to optimize an objective function subject to the one or more budget constraints to determine a maintenance and replacement schedule for the building equipment. The objective function includes maintenance and replacement costs of the building equipment and the predicted cost of operating the building equipment.
