    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to handling a secondary cell group (SCG) failure in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving, from a source primary secondary cell (PSCell), a conditional mobility command including a mobility condition for a target PSCell; initiating a secondary cell group (SCG) failure recovery procedure and transmitting SCG failure information related to the SCG failure recovery procedure to a primary cell (PCell), based on detecting an SCG failure related to the source PSCell: based on that the mobility condition for the target PSCell is satisfied during the SCG failure recovery procedure: transmitting, to the PCell, a new PSCell indication informing a mobility from the source PSCell to the target PSCell; and performing a random access to the target PSCell for the mobility.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to conditional mobility failure handling in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving a first conditional mobility command related to a target cell and a second conditional mobility command related to a potential target cell; triggering an execution of a mobility to the target cell based on that a mobility condition in the first conditional mobility command is fulfilled; performing a cell selection to select a cell for a connection re-establishment after detecting a failure of the mobility; and performing a mobility to the selected cell based on that the selected cell is related to the second conditional mobility command.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for handling of missing reference signal on unlicensed frequency in a wireless communication system is provided. The upper layer of the wireless device receives, from a lower layer of the wireless device, a first indication related to a first reference signal from a network, wherein the first indication is one of In-Sync (IS) indication or Out-of-Sync (OOS) indication. The upper layer of the wireless device starts a timer. The upper layer of the wireless device receives, from the lower layer of the wireless device, a second indication while the timer is running, wherein the second indication informs that a second reference signal from the network is missing. The upper layer of the wireless device increases a counter related to the first indication upon receiving the second indication.
