    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an indication of information availability in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system comprises: obtaining report information including one or more information elements (IEs) with a first version and one or more IEs with a second version, wherein the first version is an earlier version than the second version, and the second version is a latest version of radio protocol; and transmitting, to a network, a message for informing an availability of the report information, wherein the message excludes information for the first version, and includes information for the second version.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for performing beam recovery in a wireless communication system. A method for performing BFR in a wireless communication system, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, may comprise the steps of: identifying a first CORESET pool and a second CORESET pool, on the basis of configuration information; on the basis that beam failure regarding a spatial parameter associated with the first CORESET pool is detected, on the basis of the spatial parameter associated with the second CORESET, transmitting a PRACH for the BFR; receiving a response regarding the PRACH; transmitting MAC-CE for the BFR; and receiving a response regarding the MAC-CE.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cell reselection in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving, from a network, location information comprising a location point for each time point related to each of neighbor cells; determining a distance to each of the neighbor cells from the UE as a distance between the location point and the UE; selecting one or more cells including at least one of: i) a cell to which the distance from the UE is longest among a first set of the neighbor cells in a distance decreasing state; or ii) a cell to which the distance from the UE is shortest among a second set of the neighbor cells in a distance increasing state; and performing a cell reselection to a cell among the selected one or more cells. The distance decreasing state is a state in which the distance to the first set of the neighbor cells from the UE decreases by time. The distance increasing state is a state in which the distance to the second set of the neighbor cells from the UE increases by time.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to handling a synchronization in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving a configuration for a master cell group (MCG) and a configuration for a secondary cell group (SCG); applying a first timing alignment (TA) for one or more cells in the SCG and skipping a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring for the one or more cells in a first state while a TA timer is running, wherein the TA timer is started upon receiving a TA command including the first TA; performing a state switching to a second state from the first state at a time point determined based on information related to state switching time received from a network, wherein a PDCCH monitoring is performed for the one or more cells in the second state; transmitting, to the network, switching information informing the state switching; receiving, in the second state, a TA command including a second TA upon which the TA timer is restarted, after transmitting the switching information; and applying the second TA for the one or more cells while the restarted TA timer is running.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for handling ephemeris information for a NTN cell in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device may receive, from a network, an ephemeris information related to a Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) cell. The wireless device may determine whether the ephemeris information is valid or not, based on whether the measurement on the NTN cell is able to be performed during the service time of the NTN cell. Based on determining that the ephemeris information is not valid, the wireless device may transmit, to the network, (1) information informing that the ephemeris information is not valid and (2) information on time at which the measurement on the NTN cell is able to be performed.
