    摘要: A tag device that performs high-quality radio communication without radio wave radiation or receiving characteristics being deteriorated near a person's body and without hindering communication by another IC tag. A main loop section sends and receives radio waves. The main loop section is a metal foil and has the shape of a long thin loop. The area of the main loop section is smaller than the area of a dielectric substrate. The main loop section covers part of surfaces of the dielectric substrate and part of sides of the dielectric substrate so as to put the dielectric substrate inside the loop. The main loop section is mounted in a horizontal direction of the dielectric substrate. Each of capacitive load sections is a metal foil and has a load corresponding to a capacitance component. The capacitive load sections are located at both end portions of the main loop section which covers part of the front side of the dielectric substrate and are located at both end portions of the main loop section which covers part of the reverse side of the dielectric substrate. A control unit is connected to the main loop section and controls information via the radio waves.

The RFID antenna comprises an outermost peripheral conductive line that is bent in a manner extending along sides of a generally rectangular shape having a predetermined size, and a power-feeding conductive line that is disposed close to an inner periphery of the outermost peripheral conductive line in a manner extending parallel therewith, and is electrically connected to the outermost peripheral conductive line at ends thereof, the power-feeding conductive line including a portion thereof formed with a feeder part. Therefore, the antenna fits into a rectangle having a predetermined size, such as a card size.

    摘要: A meander line antenna formed in the shape of meander is disclosed. The meander line antenna includes a bottom half section that is constituted by a folded conductive pattern of a folded dipole antenna, and includes a feeding point for mounting an IC chip at the central part; a top half section that is constituted by a folded conductive pattern of a folded dipole antenna shaped like the bottom half section; and a frequency adjusting section consisting of connecting conductive patterns arranged at an interval corresponding to a desired frequency centering on the feeding point, the connecting conductive patterns connecting the bottom half section and the top half section. The connecting conductive patterns can be cut off, and the folded conductive pattern outside of the cut-off connecting conductive patterns can be removed.

    摘要: An RFID tag is constructed by pasting a first component and second component together. The first component includes a tabular first base made of dielectric and a metal layer covering one of the front and back of the first base. The second component includes a sheet-like second base, a metal pattern provided on the second base and electrically connected to the metal layer of the first component to constitute a communication antenna, a circuit chip connected to the metal pattern which carries out a radio communication through the communication antenna, and an adhesive material layer which bonds the second base to the other of the front and back of the first base. The metal layer of the first component and the metal pattern of the second component are electrically connected by the conductive component.

    摘要: A dipole part of a length shorter than half of an antenna resonance wavelength is placed so as to be rolled and enables a feeding part 11 to feed a chip. An inductance part 12 for adjusting the inductance of the antenna is provided so as to sandwich the feeding part 11. The inductance 12 is provided using an empty space of the inside of the rolled dipole part. By providing the inductance part 12, the inductance of the antenna can be adjusted so as to resonate at a predetermined frequency with the capacitance of the chip connected to the feeding part 11. At this time, although the radiation resistance of the antenna becomes extremely large according to calculations, it is actually almost the same as the resistance of the chip due to loss, and the power received by the antenna can be provided to the chip.

    摘要: A superconducting filter apparatus having a refrigerator for cooling the superconducting filter to cryogenic temperatures, a pilot signal generator for generating a pilot signal that is outside the pass band and inputting the pilot signal to the superconducting filter together with an antenna receive signal, and a discriminating unit for discriminating abnormality in the refrigerator. If the refrigerator malfunctions and temperature of the superconducting filter rises, the pass band of the superconducting filter shifts to the low-frequency side and crosses the frequency of the pilot signal. The pilot signal passes through the superconducting filter at this time. The discriminating unit discriminates abnormality in the refrigerator based upon the pilot signal contained in the output of the superconducting filter.

    摘要: The present invention relates to superconductive filter technology. According to the arrangement of the superconductive filter (1), a columnar resonating member (23) having a superconductive material formed on the surface thereof is attached at one of its ends thereof to an inner wall (22) of a filter housing (21) so that a space is interposed between the columnar resonating member and each of connectors (27a, 27b) which are connectable to a signal input/output cables (5a, 5b), respectively. According to this arrangement, heat conduction from the outside can be suppressed as far as possible, and the superconductive condition can be created with stability, with the result that a stable filtering characteristic can be created. Further, the superconductive filter according to the present invention will become excellent in power withstand performance, and hence even if the number of stages of filters is increased for attaining a steep cutoff characteristic, the loss deriving from the increased number of stages can be suppressed to the minimum level.
